It's quieter there. The rooms are tired, cleaned relatively clean, the entire set of toiletries, toilet paper for the whole week, slippers for everyone in the room without reminders.
The pools are large, clean, there is where to swim and play, for the little ones there is also a paddling pool with mini slides, another pool with slides for teenagers and adults. There are enough sun loungers, it was not necessary to occupy, there are places both in the shade and in the sun.
The beach is generally above all praise. Wide, sandy with a smooth entry (although about 20 meters from the shore there is a strip of stones along the entire beach, but you can see them if you look closely). If you stand on stones waist-deep approximately, if you swim, then in principle they do not interfere. There are also plenty of sun loungers, there are also sun loungers in the green area under the palm trees. Showers, toilets, foot washers, a bar, everything is there. The road to the beach along a beautiful shady alley is not at all annoying.
Meals in a large beautiful restaurant with a large outdoor terrace (you can dine in a bar on the beach, there are also pita bread with cheese and potatoes in addition to the main dishes). There are no questions about the range of food (meat: chickens, turkeys, beef, lamb; fish: trout, tuna, dorado, mackerel; fruits: apples, pears, grapes, peaches, plums; vegetables, herbs, pastries, dried fruits, etc. BUT all this was prepared by great specialists in the translation of products. The confectioner was especially distinguished. As far as our family has a sweet tooth, but we could not eat such "works of culinary art". I cooked soup. One kind and every day (some kind of jelly brew, usually salted). Excellent hotel for the price. The rooms are modest and clean. The food is good. Loved the beach and landscaping. The beach is sandy, the sea is clean, there are enough sunbeds. We are very pleased with our stay at the Sural Resort. I was looking for a hotel in Turkey with a sandy gentle entrance to the sea. For this purpose, the favorite area of Kemer, unfortunately, is not suitable. I opted for Side, or rather Colakli, the Sural Resort hotel. She continued her acquaintance with the Sural Resort hotel on facebook: https://www. facebook. com/suralhotelsofficial/. It was tempting that they promised to answer quickly. And they didn't cheat. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They sent me the configuration of the hotel, highlighting the territory of Sural Resort on the map. The photo shows the map that was sent to me.
The very first building from the sea side is the building number 1 by number. It is 320 m away from the sea. There is a restaurant on the first floor (it is called floor “0”). We lived on the second floor (it is the third from the ground).
It was not very convenient, because it was necessary to go to the restaurant by two elevators. The restaurant itself makes it difficult to go down to its floor. It's easier to live in the second building. But Wi-Fi worked great in the room. The last, fourth floor complained that their Internet did not work. Four buildings, starting from the first, are located on the same line and are interconnected by beautiful passages, walking along which, after turning to the left, you get to the building where the reception is located. In this building there is a lobby bar, a spa center, a change of towels, access to the street to shops, a pharmacy (it is close to the hotel and medicines are cheaper than we have in Ukraine), as well as a descent to an underground tunnel that runs under the road. Passing through this tunnel you get to another part of the hotel.
I'll start with the reception. The front desk staff are amazing people. Such sympathetic, modest, pleasant people in other hotels have never been met.
Any question, any problem is solved instantly with a smile, with pleasure! Here you can change the number, and an additional key, and extend the number, and unlock the safe and other everyday issues. The path to the beach, about 300 meters long, runs along a very beautiful shady alley, along which there are several benches. Near the beach there is a bar where you can dine almost like in the main restaurant. The bar has a spacious, clean toilet, i. e. very close to the beach. On the beach there are new mesh beds that do not need mattresses. There were places all the time. We rested from 27.05. 21 to 05.06. Air was 25*, water was also 25*. The entrance to the sea is gently sloping sandy, the sea is not deep for a long time. Occasionally large stones come across at the bottom, but you can see where they are. On the left, along the buoys, you can swim out into the open sea, who likes to swim away. Changing rooms on the beach in two places. Shower nearby.
