We booked two rooms in advance as I was traveling with parents and a child. 06/05/2019 booked on 06/22/19 arrived on 06/10 offered to leave a deposit as they understood that there might be a flight delay, to which we were told we would not need rooms. 06/22/19 we arrived at 5.00 we were told that there were no rooms and they should not keep the room booked for us because we were supposed to be at 3.

In general, as I understand it, you can only get to the airport on it, but the driver was making the last flight and kindly (for +5 UAH to the ticket price) agreed to take us to a stop in the city of Boryspil, from which we had to stomp on foot for about 7 minutes, so as not to get lost kept a telephone communication with the hotel - they were happy to help us. If I briefly describe this hotel, I would describe it as quite a decent hotel to spend the night and relax before a flight.
