But we all carry bulbous ones from Holland (I carried several hundred bulbs - there were in all sacks), I drive seeds back and forth, in Slovakia I bought a lot of potted bulbs - right in the cabin and carried, carried roots. They ship from Poland.
Earlier on this forum, forum member Oresta52 described her experience to me - she often travels to Poland - seedlings and pots. So she had cases when plants were confiscated from her.
