The hotel was not chosen, it was provided by the tour operator according to the tour program. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned: dirty towels in the room and on the floor in the hallway, rubbish all over the room, dirty bedding. They cleaned the room with us and didn’t bring towels, in the evening they asked at the reception - they pointed us to a locker in which we found two small towels. The hotel is old in the bathroom and the room is everywhere fungus. During our stay, the room was never cleaned and the garbage was not taken out. Breakfasts were in a nearby cafe with a dubious sanitary condition.
