Good afternoon. 10 days in this hotel flew by absolutely unnoticed!! We really liked everything and we are immensely grateful to the hotel staff for their efforts and goodwill! We were a little embarrassed by the reviews on the hotel, but the price attracted us, we decided to go. Good location is a huge plus! Nearby are shops, and restaurants, and exchange offices, and a transport stop, and a cable car, and dancing fountains, and much more. The next one is the internet. There are no problems with him here, I really liked it, because they are attached to him and had to use it even on vacation at work. Well, the staff is the main plus) Great guys, all as one courteous, kind, smiling. Requests are treated carefully, do not have to be repeated twice. There were no problems with the settlement, although we arrived early in the morning. The room is very comfortable and tidy. The furnishings are standard - beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, table, chair, mirror, TV, refrigerator. Bathroom with good plumbing, excellent pressure of hot water at any time of the day or night and fresh towels. They clean the room every other day, but cleaning on demand is also available. The elevator worked great and we didn't have to wait. The breakfasts are satisfied, good, varied, balanced. The rooftop veranda, where they are served, we loved it! Vegetables, fruits, porridge, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage, toast, pita bread with fillings, cottage cheese and more. Excellent service, beautiful presentation. A couple of days later, the owner of the hotel, a very sincere person, met us, treated us to simply incomparable wine and clarified many times whether everything in the hotel suits us.
