The hotel offers beautiful rooms, we had a family bungalow, we liked the decor. Comfortable bed, good clean linen and enough towels. I can't say anything bad about the food in this hotel.

The hotel offers beautiful rooms, we had a family bungalow, we liked the decor. Comfortable bed, good clean linen and enough towels. I can't say anything bad about the food in this hotel. Everything was always delicious, some dishes were repeated, but basically every day we were pleased with the variety. I really liked that the number of dishes on the grill was large. There is a wonderful restaurant on the territory of the hotel, I would even say that it is located on the seashore. We had dinner there, it's great. You can walk to the local village, it's only 10-15 minutes on foot. I liked the local taverns very much.

Due to their size, vacationers practically did not interfere with each other, it was always possible to find a place for solitude and take a sweet nap under an umbrella. As for the food, it was very tasty. Any kind of meat and variety of seafood for every taste. In the evening you can walk along the promenade, listen to live music, drink a cocktail in one of the cafes on site. We rented a car for 2 days - about 100 euros. We rode around the island, looked at the main cities, went to the Libyan Sea. It seems to me that it is impossible not to fall in love with Crete. I want to go back there again!

The only thing that was embarrassing was the lack of a beech-boy, I had to either run around looking for him or open and install umbrellas on my own, and they, by the way, are not very light.
The contingent of the hotel is the most diverse and multinational. Mostly families with small children, since we arrived without children, this was a little embarrassing, but it is a guarantee that they will not go to a bad place with kids.
Kitchen. . . VERY VERY VERY TASTY. There are no words. They traveled all over Europe and a little bit of the East, but they didn’t feed them anywhere as tasty as there, and most importantly, with fresh products. Bravo!
I would like to say a little about the bad. The staff is lazy and not always quick to respond. And I really didn’t like the fact that the towels were changed every 2 days, and not every day, as it should be in normal 5 *. They did not change or bring new shampoos. I had to call and ask, which was annoying from that serene calmness that you are charged with due to the general atmosphere in the hotel.
The animators didn't bother.
And some big manager of the hotel always ate at the restaurant along with the rest of the managers and vacationers and constantly traveled around the territory and checked if everything was in order. We were very surprised and delighted - they try all the same.
In general, the impressions are very positive. I would gladly come again.

And for the sake of interest, we went to the main building - that's where the rooms look the same price as a bungalow - just luxurious and they also have a sea view. the most budget is a garden view. there are no rooms with double beds at all - basically two beds are connected and it turns out - king size : ). the location of the hotel is fabulous - almost heaven. he is alone on the coast - and to the right and left is emptiness. on the left there is a city beach - this is a beach for those who live in the village of Sissi. It is about 15 minutes on foot, if you go to the right from the hotel.
on the left - the road along the embankment just ends "nowhere" and off-road begins, which is very interesting to climb. the line of the beach is huge - there is also a well-equipped field with a pier (breakwater) and a rocky and practically paddling pool and wild - which goes out to the open sea. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful - it fits into the landscape at 100%, there is a real cave.

rented a car - in Agios Nikolaous in Bayon - Renault Megan with a gun for 5 days - about 300 euros - insurance and unlimited mileage.
and of course, I broke the headlight while driving around the city - of course, there is practically no space there - one lane and around the car and bikes. and no problems, the police arrived in 20 minutes - they made a protocol and everyone left - there were no problems. besides that I had to draw and explain in writing "how it was" in Bayon: ).
after the accident, we immediately called the rental company - they informed us and waited for the insurer of the other side. the rental office is open until 19.00 and we managed to get them - everything happened at 18.40 : )...
the rest of the trips were great ....only there is no Internet in the rooms - it's only an Internet cafe, but you can use their cord in your laptop . . and everything will be ...
