Нормально Fine

If you do not forget that the hotel is 2 *, then everything is fine.
Neat, clean, new fixtures. Some (if you're lucky : )) rooms have a hair dryer. At any time there was cold (which is important! ) And hot water.
The food is quite monotonous, but what more could you want from a continental breakfast : ).
There is a supermarket nearby, prices are quite reasonable. There are many taverns, cafes, pizzerias around. Not far from the sea, near a good beach, many from other hotels came to it. There are discos on the waterfront, but the hotel is quiet.
Of the shortcomings. Personally, this was not a problem for me, but you have to be prepared : ). The rooms are not cleaned often, bedding and towels were not changed at all (6 nights). The staff knows Russian very well, but the service is more like a Soviet one. (You don't touch us and we won't touch you : )). They tried to book excursions through the hotel - they failed, and they forgot to notify us (or scored).
