I'll start with what greatly spoiled the impression of the rest - the theft of a tablet computer from the room during dinner! It turned out that the doors on the balcony, even if they are tightly closed and the latch is raised, do not close every time, which is probably what the thieves took advantage of. The hotel management did nothing to smooth this unpleasant impression! We made our own way to the police station and stayed there for 2 hours to file a theft report.
The room is spacious, we had 107, everything is in good condition. The air conditioner is old and buzzes a lot, but we did not use it, because. It wasn't hot at night yet. The linen is clean, but far from new, and the towels are grayish in color. The bed linen is very worn, sometimes transparent. For those who are interested - the TV is small and tube, but we never turned it on. Cleaned well, linen changed 2 times in 7 days, towels 3-4.

On the territory of the hotel, apart from a small pool, but with sea water, a court and a small playground, there is nothing. We took it as a starting point for traveling around the island. Bargained for a good price for a car rental at an agency near the hotel and traveled for 4 days. Crete is very beautiful!
I recommend the beach that is immediately to the right after the road, about 500 meters from the hotel, in 2014 it was the UNESCO Blue Flag. Rental of sun loungers and umbrellas for 5 euros, which is more expensive than anywhere else (usually 2-3 euros).
The range of dishes is not very large, but we never left hungry. For lunch and dinner, lamb is often eaten, watermelons are eaten in May. Everything is delicious. It is strange for a 4 star hotel that there is no service at the pool bar, you have to pour all the drinks yourself. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are full-fledged, and snacks between them are purely symbolic - one type of sandwiches with boiled sausage or one type of baked tea. The restaurant is not big. Before our departure, the hotel began to fill up and there were already problems with the tables and the waiters, and there were only 2 of them in the hall, obviously could not cope!
There are no beach towels.
The general feeling that the hotel management saves on everything.
The host tour operator Fenix ​ ​ is ​ ​ very satisfied! And they met and saw off with a guide and full accompaniment even when leaving at the airport !!!
Room tip: Most of the rooms have sea views, but there are lower floors in the second and third rows with views of the neighboring building.
