I agree with the previous comment, I can add about this except that at first I didn’t like the single room with a view of the wall (a piece of the sea on the left was still visible, 3rd floor) and completely without wi fi, then I got used to it. Manager Gregory promptly solves all problems. I especially liked the breakfast.

I especially liked the breakfast. It is standard, but the Greek yogurt nyamka is the freshest, miracle bread and lemon pastries are just super. Fruits (watermelon) and pastries - daily.
In general, rested on 5+. I recommend the hotel.

Hotel "Calypso" is a typical family hotel. Located directly in the village of Chanioti, five hundred meters from the municipal beach. The sea is clean, the beach is sand mixed with small pebbles, sunbeds and umbrellas - 7 euros / set. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, a bakery, many eateries and taverns.

So lovers of "urban recreation" will be satisfied. The rooms are no frills, clean and modest. There is everything you need, even the ropes on the balconies. There is a swimming pool on the hotel's patio. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, but you can catch it only in the reception area. Safe for a fee - 15 euros / week. This small "monastery" has its own rules. For example, vacationers are not allowed to bring their drinks and food to a restaurant or to the pool (they will require you to show a receipt). And the main entrance of the hotel is closed at night (from 01:30 to 06:30), so revelers will have to use the side entrance.
