upon arrival, before settling, we were sent for breakfast, which immediately gave the impression that we had not arrived in Greece, but in some kind of obscure, rotten hotel with a maximum of 3 stars, ranging from musty fruits dumped into one dish, weathered vegetables, incomprehensible stale-looking buns, and so on. ending with the dirty uniform of the waiters and the oilcloth furniture of the main and only dining room where both breakfast and dinner are held....Separately, about freshly squeezed juice, people come to your senses, you drink freshly squeezed juice or have never tried it, I am surprised by the reviews that were written earlier, this is not juice, this is a burda in proportions of 4 to 1, of which 4 are water and 1 juice...
in general, the first frustrations were received, since breakfast is very important for me personally, the day starts with it, and I didn’t see elementary normal fruits there even once in all 8 days, since the situation has not changed in principle, even taking into account the fact that it is the highest season and the highest price.
Then our accommodation happened, right after breakfast we were offered a room, I am sure that since everything was agreed in advance by mail there will be no problems, I went to see the place where the rest will be next week, we come and what I see, the room is not ready, it they clean it and there is complete chaos (to see a bed without linen, namely dirty mattresses and terrible pillows, this is something with something), although our suitcases are already standing, and the room with access to the playground, which I did not expect at all....Well, of course, I decided to return to the reception and ask why I was sent to an unfinished room, and yet where is the beautiful view that I was promised, the second manager appeared at the reception after two phrases in a calm state that I want to convey the information that the room is not ready and that no matter how you promised a good view, obviously not on the playground, the second manager interrupts me and begins to conduct his monologue in a raised voice on the topic do I know what time they settle and who I am in general, after I try to stop this speech I say that I haven’t finished yet, they again start a monologue on the topic of the rules of accommodation in hotels, and then they just tell me the following: IF YOU DONT LIKE HERE, THEN GO OUT OF HERE, SENDING ME DOCUMENTS AND THEN FURTHER SAYS THAT YOU WILL LEARN TO RESPECT ME HERE. Honestly, I was in such shock, and I just didn’t understand what to do, as it turned out that the owner of the hotel works at the reception... I won’t describe what happened next, but I can say that I have never seen such rudeness in my entire travel history despite the fact that I didn't even swear at him or even raise my voice at him. we could not move to another hotel because everything was in the stop, August is the highest season, both the operator and the guides and Moscow know about this situation, but everyone shrugged and said that it was useless to talk to him, he seemed to be inadequate... wasting my extra I didn’t want to pay 100-150 thousand on booking, so I had to put up with this place, because we decided that we would only sleep and travel all the time to different places on the island by car, which eventually happened.

As a result, we were given a normal room in terms of type 647, in terms of comfort, everything seems to be very the same there, everything is very modest and very depressing, and Elena Letuchaya is clearly not enough there....This is of course very disappointing because for such money it is unacceptable. In general, there was a feeling that the hotel saves on everything it can, employees, kitchen, products, and so on... and its owner is mired in debt and is clearly very tight... causes only a deep feeling of pity.
Separately, I want to say that public restrooms are not very clean and do not close, for me this is a fad and a certain indicator of the level of the hotel, so get ready.
For the entire stay at the hotel, Mikhailus is the name of the owner, he did not apologize for his behavior, yes, he tried to do something, but apart from low-grade flat jokes, I did not hear anything from him.
So if we talk about dinners, I liked it 1 time, there was an edible gyros and a Greek salad was relatively fresh (yes, don’t be surprised Greek salad is not very good in Greece), sometimes there is a wonderful lamb, otherwise everything is the same as at breakfast, unappetizing. the fish is tasteless and always bitter, which indicates the quality of the original product, the pizza that was prepared was from frozen dough, there have never been normal fruits, desserts are generally a complete failure, if you try only national ones, the prices for drinks are very high and clearly do not correspond to the level places, there are no tablecloths at dinner, and sometimes there are not enough napkins if you come late, the waiters are tortured, to say the least, the cooks frankly do not know how to cook. We were honestly hungry. . .
This hotel saved only the island itself, with its beauty, diversity, opportunities. Without a car, there is nothing to do there, I warn you right away, if you are ready to wait for this abnormal transfer and go to the beach where there is nowhere for an apple to fall, and Bali Bay was not impressed at all, the water is not very clean, there are a lot of boats nearby and Sochi Sochi! Believe me, Crete has a huge variety of wonderful beaches, but this is clearly not about the Bali area.
Regarding the pools, although the hotel is relatively new, they also saved on the cleaning system, the pools are very chlorine and it is impossible to swim in them, so those who rely on them are also not an option at all.

In conclusion, I want to say that the idea of ​ ​ ​ ​ such a hotel is very good, but there is no execution, perhaps if it weren’t for the case with the owner of the hotel, I would give him a higher rating like 2 or 3, but I can only put 0. Have a great holiday everyone and think 100 times to go or not to this evil place. And if the operators hear me, God don't sell this rotten hotel, it is really low-grade and pulls a maximum of 3 stars.
