First: This villa no longer exists. It is now called Veritsa. Second: the total area of the studio room, even with a micro balcony, does not reach the promised 23 sq. m. Third: next to the villa, under the balcony-restaurant, where visitors frolic every evening until 2 am. Across the road on the beach is a cafe-bistro. It is also quite noisy and smelly. Otherwise, a decent place, but not comparable to Villa Roko in Tucepi.
