We rested in September 2009. There are few vacationers, all Germans, Italians and Poles, there are no Russians at all. The sea is as clean as anywhere else in the world. From the villa to the sea 200 meters. The beaches are pebbly, not very comfortable, but free, spacious. I liked the rooms: the presence of a kitchenette, there is an electric stove, frying pans, pots, plates, cups. You can take the tour without meals. Early in the morning, the freshest gilthead fish, squid and other goodies are brought to the local market. Fry yourself - just a buzz. For us, this is more pleasant than cracking sausages at the buffet. There is a small swimming pool in the yard. The hosts are a Croatian family, friendly and hardworking. They looked at us with curiosity, they did not see Russians. As elsewhere in Croatia, they communicate with us warily, because. k. Croats are fierce Catholics, and until recently they had a massacre with Orthodox Serbs. Well, it's tolerable. We went to the waterfalls of the Krka River (they have few vowels in their language), the beauty is indescribable. There is little entertainment in Rogoznica itself, it is very calm and quiet at night. Local residents sell homemade wine right in the yards, it tastes wonderful - white, red and even black. There are many taverns on the coast, if you don’t feel like cooking, you can have a delicious dinner with good wine (not very cheap). A good place for a relaxing holiday from the fatigue accumulated over the year.
