The hotel is really good, apart from the fact that we got robbed there. They hacked into the room - shook everything they could, tore all the boxes and packages in search of valuables. In addition to our number, they tried to break into another one. Position of the hotel - ostrich. The police (doubt that those people were from the police) did not draw up any protocol, the director of the hotel, claimed that everything was insured and did not reimburse a cent, despite the fact that the facts of withdrawing money from the cards were established (we are silent about cash), no official apologies was not brought. We regret that we believed the Hotel Administration on the day of arrival, which assured that no one would need a safe at the reception - the hotel has a modern security system and the place itself is calm.
