The hotel does not have air conditioning, not even ceiling fans - neither in the halls, nor in the restaurants, nor in the spa. The room was never vacuumed for all 7 days, the bed was not changed, although the information sheet recommends leaving 1.5-2 euros per day for the maid. Interesting - for what? In restaurants, at the reception, the attendants have absolutely stone faces, only one girl was smiling at the entrance to the restaurant. Before leaving, we told her that she was the only friendly and smiling one of the entire staff. Of course, she was pleased, but what about us?
Outraged by the time of check-in and check-out of guests. Check-in - 16 hours, check-out - 10 hours. I have never seen such insolence anywhere.
The food is absolutely canteen, in the worst sense of the word. Even in Turkey, where everything is put on the conveyor, there is no such feeling.
But Balaton itself is a miracle, that's the only thing that made me happy.
