We rested in November at the Golden Tulib Club, according to the all system, nothing like that, only with the language of the problem (!).
The town is small, all the beaches are municipal, sunbeds are paid, but the people calmly sat on the pebbles and lay on the sand. I don’t know about diving, but paid events are expensive, however, the shops are the same.

It was a long time ago, the information may be outdated. The beaches were all across the road (if I'm not mistaken, Israel has access to the sea with the letter "G", the short side is 7 km - all in hotels, the long side is -14 km). Diving went on a boat to the territory of Egypt. On the beach with fish and corals (on the long side) swim with masks (they were rented). There is also (on the long side) an oceanarium. There was also a submarine. My husband still went to fly in a turbo-pipe. Everything, I don’t remember more entertainment. Jordan is nearby - maybe they take them to Petra, but I don’t know how relevant this is with a child.

Only one hotel in Eilat has its own beach - Le Meridien Eilat 5 *, the rest are municipal, not all hotels have a coral reef, since your husband is a diver, I recommend hotels - Princess 5 *, Orhid Resort Village Hotel Eilat 5 *, Isrotel Yam Suf (ex. Ambassador ) 4*/. Only 3 hotels Golden Tulip Club 4 *, Isrotel Lagoona 4 *, Isrotel Sport Club 4 * work for all-inclusive.
All others are on half board. There are many cafes and restaurants where you can eat in the city. Israel is a chic country and not to see Jerusalem and other places is a crime.))) I wish you a good rest!

We rested at the end of December, with children (though less than yours), it was very interesting. Lived in Isrotel Lagoona on all inc. The food is excellent, for all tastes, high quality. From drinks: juice from the breakfast machine (grape and orange), water, milk, cocoa. At lunch and dinner, white and red dry wine. On Saturday, sacred to the Jews, dinner was laid out especially solemnly, and everyone was given a small bottle of wine as a gift. Strong drinks are in the evening, local production, also free. The hotel has a sweet hour every day. That is, at that time in the LOBY-bar there were various fresh cakes, cookies and other sweets. Next to the hotel is the entertainment palace (they call it the local Disneyland) -King City. I think your child, and you yourself will like it there. There are a lot of physical and logical problems, the solution of which gives great pleasure; there is a cool magnetic room where it is very difficult to stay on your feet, a pipe through which you can slide down in a special bag from the top floor of this palace and much more. The ticket (the cost seems to be 280 shekels per person) is valid for 72 hours, i.e. to. in one day you may not have time to see everything. The city has a dolphinarium, more precisely, just a limited area where you can swim with a delph

in March of this year, my husband and I rested at the Riff Hotel. This is the only hotel that stands right on the beach. Near the coral reef, to the marine observatory 20 minutes at a slow pace. All hotels in the city have their own beaches, but you need to go to them through a noisy promenade - this is at best, and at worst - through the city. Riff is also very suitable because this is the realm of divers and all those floating on boards or sailing. Very friendly Russian speaking staff. I liked it.
