I went with Litvak to Jerusalem (program - Christian Jerusalem). He then did not conduct an individual tour, but a group tour, there were about 20 of us - but the number was not felt, everyone was so passionate about it. The tour, as I remember now, cost 179 shekels (they all cost about that). Of course, an individual tour with him is more expensive. Even if you go on a group tour, you won't regret it. They have another guide - Alexander - he graduated from the conservatory and in churches on excursions he sings psalms with a magnificent tenor !!! 1 heard for the first time - just stunned! I took "Jerusalem - the city of 3 religions" - I was simply delighted - how great they told about Jerusalem places in Christianity, Judaism and Islam! I received invaluable information. But I went to the Dead Sea without an excursion - we booked the hotel and left by regular bus from the train station in Tel Aviv - we swam in the Dead Sea, went to the procedures - a couple of days of hotel rest went well :)

I am from Kazakhstan, I also bought trips to Or Akiva through Metroclub. All the tours were super, and I especially liked the guide Boris with whom we were lucky to go to Jerusalem, then to the Dead Sea and the Masada fortress. My daughter and I were delighted!

We were satisfied with the work of this company a year ago, and at our request they booked the most economical hotel without prepayment and gave discounts for a package of excursions, and then we just they called the office and “filled in” the excursion we needed, because at first they planned to get only to Jerusalem and the M. more, but the appetite, as they say, comes with eating! So we were satisfied with the work of the Metro Club, and who doesn’t like it - look for competitors or pay for the services of an individual guide (only not all mortals can afford to pay up to $500 instead of $40 for a tour!

Highly recommend Rejwan Travel Service from Jerusalem. Unlike other companies, it makes small excursions in groups of up to 16 people, works only with the best, proven guides, provides excellent service to tourists, has a personal approach to everyone, is very polite and professional. I use their services all the time and recommend them to all my friends.

Metroclub in 2015 is a horror! Were disappointed. Bought 4 tours. The presentation of information is very superficial, as the guides themselves say (and they went on all 4 excursions with different guides) - these are just sightseeing tours. The presentation of information is completely unimpressive. And organizations are horror squared. Collect tourists from all over the country. The duration of each excursion was 16 hours. The sick came. The tour itself (guide work) is about 3 hours. The rest of the time is the collection of tourists and transportation. The travel time to the objects is minimal, because the roads are good and without traffic jams. On the face of terrible savings. Everyone is collected in one big bus. You feel like cattle. Nobody cares about our time. My opinion is that the people, the leaders in this company, have not reorganized themselves and take us for people of the soviet period who will endure everything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

In addition to the Metroclub, there are a lot of other agencies, Hakuna Matata, Rubin, I’ll fight and I don’t remember which ones, although during this time we used the services of at least 4 companies in Israel (someone is better, someone is weaker - it depends primarily on the guide). BUT an independent tourist in Israel who buys a bus tour SHOULD KNOW AND REMEMBER that the bus collects tourists on excursions "all over the country", delivers them in the same way. If you don't like it, buy a ready-made tour with excursions back in your homeland or use the services of an individual guide.

My husband and I took excursions from the Planet Israel company. Very pleased. I especially remember the guide Sasha, they were with him on Christian Jerusalem, the whole bus applauded him standing. The organization is also excellent, everything is clear and harmonious, nothing superfluous. I was pleasantly surprised - there are legends about Sasha the Metroclub guide, unfortunately we never got on the route with him, but it was interesting with others. But the guides in the "Metroclub plus" and Atantik seemed a little weaker (just as lucky))). But the guide Tatyana in Jordan is beyond praise - they went from Hakuna Matata. For 5 years, we have checked the work of 5 Israeli travel agencies on ourselves, summing up, I can say that all of them are trying to conduct worthy excursions, all of them "sin" by collecting tourists around the country (if YOU buy a bus tour - mentally prepare) and do not grab any excursion, at least delve a little into the topic, decide what exactly YOU would like to know, then the trip will become more interesting and useful.
