I am writing a review because before the trip we did not find a word about this place. Maybe someone will come in handy. We rested here in December 2016.20 days. The hotel is on the third line, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. The guesthouse itself is small, 8 rooms and apartments on the first floor. Sweet, cozy. The staff is very friendly, responsive. They do not speak Russian, but they understand something. Cleaning every day. Breakfast, monotonous, every day the same thing. Can be served in the room.
We lived in the fifth room, I think the best in the hotel, with its own balcony overlooking the field, which is pleasing to the eye. and less road noise. You can dry things. sit, smoke, practically invisible to others)
Excellent infrastructure. Everything is nearby - fruit shops, markets, a wine shop, restaurants.
Bikes can be rented at the hotel.
Hot water constantly.
Toiletries are not provided except for toilet paper.

There is no closet. And there is no refrigerator as shown in the promotional photo.
There is no air conditioning, only a fan, but it is quite enough.
There is no reception as such, on the second floor there is a table with a computer. Wi-Fi is available in this area.
