We went "on a modest" took one room for three. We were ready for the most modest living conditions! Imagine our surprise when we saw a spacious room with 2 wide beds! There was a TV, a small wardrobe with shelves, a kitchenette in a niche (a worktop with a sink), a toilet with a bidet, a shower, a sink in the bathroom.

We were ready for the most modest living conditions!
Imagine our surprise when we saw a spacious room with 2 wide beds!
There was a TV, a small wardrobe with shelves, a kitchenette in a niche (a worktop with a sink), a toilet with a bidet, a shower, a sink in the bathroom. On the porch is a large convenient clothes dryer.
No A/C but ceiling fan.
And hot water from the boiler is always!
Wi-Fi b/paid, weak in the room, good in the restaurant!
The accommodation includes breakfast from 8 to 10 am. (brewed coffee / tea, toast, butter)
The charming Sam (Samir) runs the hotel.
He solves all problems! Offers interesting inexpensive excursions.
For the complete harmony of living, there was not enough email. kettle and fridge!
The next day, we had a refrigerator and a kettle in our room, thanks to the good wizard Sam!
* Please check the availability of the room before check-in! Not all of the above is in every room!
On the territory there is a nice restaurant right on the shore, with a beautiful view of the river!
They cook delicious.
The best thing is that this hotel is quiet and always with a fresh breeze from the river!!!!
It’s nice to have breakfast in the morning looking at the sunrise over the river, and in the evening you have dinner and don’t want to leave!
The hotel has its own parking nearby. There is always a taxi and car or motorcycle rental.
*IMPORTANT: I recommend this hotel to anyone who intends to rent a vehicle!!! ! Walking distance to the sea (1.5 km) walking far and not convenient on the road (there are no sidewalks)

This guesthouse is located far enough (for Goa it is not so important) from the beach, on the banks of the river. The view of the river is beautiful, but there are mosquitoes in the evenings. There are two types of rooms in this guesthouse, one is smaller without a refrigerator (but it seems that if necessary, they will bring you a refrigerator), but with a TV set and larger rooms with a refrigerator, but without a TV set (which is not needed there).

Not far (about 200 m) is a busy intersection where there is a shop, fruit shops, cafes (one of which positions itself as a restaurant) and even street shawarma is sold at this intersection, there is also a bus stop.
Half a kilometer (in the opposite direction from the sea) there is an ATM of the state bank.
By the standards of Goa, a normal guest house. The most important thing is a good mood and the rest will be wonderful.
