It takes 25 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. Good location to the beach - the first line is the very first thing: ) a very cool place for a beach holiday. - We arrived in Bollywood at 7 am. I read reviews in advance on the Internet that normal rooms are up to 400 rooms. For 400 numbers are small and are located at the very end. At the reception, visitors are cunningly "bred", first they give numbers that start with 400 - the most terrible. They look at the reaction, it is negative for everyone and ask either to pay extra 15 USD per room per day for more than normal or wait until 11 until someone checks out from other rooms. We said OK, waiting until 11.
We weren’t too sad with our bags, we put the bags on the reception desk under the camera, took valuables with us and went to the beach. having bought, drunk rum in Antonio's shek cafe, we returned from the beach and were given a normal 310 and 312 number (312 is a little better and newer).
We were satisfied with everything in the room - yes, the bathroom is not new, all shabby, but the main thing is that it was normally clean and cleaned every day! The pool is clean and we chilled there too. When there is hot water, the air conditioner does not work (!!! ). They give it according to the schedule, but I never washed it because it is ordinary and so warm.
Things were not stolen from us because we did not leave in sight valuable things iPhones and iPads. Everything that they did not take with them was closed with a combination lock in a suitcase. Push with the receptionist and everything will be ok. They took only breakfasts, because their dinners and lunches are very sad and not worth the money at all, it’s better to eat on the beach...
-Breakfasts are normal, English, scrambled eggs, toast, butter, jam, omelettes, eggs, potatoes, fruits, tortillas. Tea and coffee bags, milk. Who complains and wants to ask, "but how do you eat at home? Immediately meat? " Well, in short, the breakfasts are normal, the husband was full....therefore, they are satisfied. Walk along the beach to the center of Colva for 7 minutes, from the hotel by taxi one way 50 rupees = 1 dollar.
- The beach is white clean with sand crisp as snow. Barnacle dogs run around cheerfully and do not interfere with anyone. Cows and other living creatures do not live there. If there are locals, they hang out further in the center, so there are few people on the beach, all hotel ones. In the sea, the sunset is gentle, soft, pleasant, the sea is warm. Nobody bites in the water. Great !
-We ate at a cafe on the beach Antonio Cafe. There the owner Antonio, Satin the waiter, Mario the waiter temporarily quit himself, after he drank too much with us : ) They also had sunbeds. Always delicious fresh juices, they wear straight to the sunbed, the food is amazing. The owner of the shek for dinner was ordered what to buy at the market and cook in the afternoon. They ate stingrays, sharks, barracudas, lobsters, large shrimp, crabs and other rubu-everything is delicious. Rum from them you can bargain a bottle of 150 rupees, provided that you constantly eat with them. We ate and dined there all the time. I have never been poisoned, everything is sooo tasty and friendly people. We tried everything on the menu, the seafood soup is very tasty and the salad with them, Manzhur shrimp and tortillas with garlic and cheese mmmmm. Feel free to try everything on the menu. Rum and cola is something. Or rum and pineapple fresh. By the way, if you drink rum, you definitely won’t get poisoned. The waiters understand and speak a little Russian. Menu in Russian 80%. Just not Silver Antonio Cafe, which is the second from the entrance, and behind it with a shabby sign - Antonio Cafe. For they pretend to be Antonio Cafe because they know that all visitors read the Internet and can also deceive themselves by calling themselves “Yes, I am Antonio”
We went once to Mikeys, which is to the right of the hotel just above the beach, I didn’t like it at all. Firstly, it is more expensive there, this time, secondly, the waiters do not understand anything in English. not in Russian. They are also deceived: you order fresh, they bring packaged juice for the price of fresh, ok... You order beer "kingfisher", they say there is no it... and they give tuborg more expensive, and then they bring "kingfisher" to the locals. Soup - ordered with seafood - brought with chicken, because it is 80 rupees more expensive. Although "Seafood" the word can already be understood, probably ? ! As a result, they make an innocent face and smile. In short... once we went and said we would not come again.
-Excursions. There are taxi drivers in front of the hotel. The most honest and Russian-speaking is Antonio Rodriguez (yes... they are all almost Antonio there). He has a bluish-silver "taieta", 7-seater with air conditioning. We went to old Goa for temples - 40 USD from the car, sit at least 7 people. : ) Waterfalls elephants and spices -180 USD per car. And on a beautiful beach, where there are a lot of foreigners, Pallolem from Cola beach + islands 50 ye. from the car. I liked everything very much. I advise you to take excursions only from Antonio Rodriguez. He is a good, hardworking man. He also exchanges dollars for rupees at a good rate. If he is not near the hotel, and you want to call him, there are his contacts at the Reception, they will be able to call him from there.
-Souvenirs and shopping-. Do not buy anything near the hotel, except for coconut oil for tanning which you can use, at 50 rupees. They deceive and do not bargain at all. (I bought a sunblock from them with a protection factor of 60, ....otherwise it’s not 60 but 25, ....because they glued 25 and pasted as much as they need for tourists, + on the packaging of the date No. My advice to you, if you want this kind of cosmetics - buy in Colva, there is a store of Ayurvedic cosmetics near the "Kinara cafe", all taxi drivers know. There is a chic selection of Ayurveda capsules and cosmetics for every taste. I advise. We bought soaps there, shampoos, creams, masks and for gifts and yourself. The only store where the price is fixed. In all other respects, bargain 3 times. If they say 800, then they will sell for 300 or even 250! ! Drums were sold on the beach near the hotel, they wanted $ 30, got 5 : )
Silver with stones at the same price as in our house (do not flatter yourself too much, do not lay out a lot of money)... so, purely as a keepsake, you can bring a ring with a ruby or emerald for 30 USD. It is best to buy silver on the way back at the airport near Duty Free. There prices are cheaper and the quality is better. I paid $ 90 for a set with an emerald and one more earrings, it’s not a pity, if anything : )
Mosquitoes are biting at night, so close the windows from mosquitoes, and it is better to buy local bite remedies from them, because ours do not help. If you were bitten by a mosquito, then upon arrival home it will itch for another week; )
You can go to Margao (center) everything will be even cheaper there. But apart from cosmetics and magnets with T-shirts, we didn’t need anything, so having bought souvenirs 1 time, we didn’t worry much.
Rest with pleasure, we liked the rest. The most important thing is the sea and the beach, and good people, and this is in abundance there. Feel free to go.
They don’t go to the tropics for a hotel vacation, a hotel is needed there to wash and spend the night. Everything.

HORROR!! ! HORROR!! ! HORROR!! ! We were brought to the hotel around 23.00. And immediately ran away! And then the horror began !! ! They took us (me, my husband and 2 children aged 12 and 6) to the room. It was a double room on the 1st floor, the walls were all covered with mold, the furniture was broken, the refrigerator was so dirty that I almost threw up. The air conditioner, such was about 20 years ago in Soviet grocery stores, crackled like a tractor and was all covered with black mud and cobwebs. The ceiling fan is also covered in hanging cobwebs and dirt. Falling off parts of the furniture are nailed with huge rusty nails and bent (apparently not completely clogged). The backs of the bed, sheathed with cloth, it is not clear what is smeared with, so dirty that it is impossible to lie down there. And then the worst thing - the bed linen is all stained with mold, blood and all other origins !! ! The same with towels !! ! Pillows under the pillowcase are black from mold !! ! bathroom lizards sit on the walls, a bunch of ants run around the sink. The stench is such that you don’t know where to run, whether something has gone rotten, or something else. . . WE are not whimsical people, accustomed to any Spartan conditions, but it was beyond my strength!! ! After all, we have two children! I burst into tears and went to the reception. We were given keys to another room. Its only difference was that there was no obvious mold. Everything else was no different from the previous issue. There are only two beds. And we paid as for 3 ADULTS AND A CHILD. The room is tiny, you can't turn around. Pillows only 2, also all in the mold. In a word, they hung the dirty headboards with towels sticking out of nails, folded things under their heads and went to bed hungry. The promised late dinner was not provided to us either!! ! Although, as I understand it, we paid for it, because we had half board. There are no shops, food was not possible to buy. The air conditioner rumbled so that it was impossible to fall asleep. And then the electricity was cut off !! ! This terrible dirty refrigerator dripped water all over the room, there was nothing to wipe it with. Duhotischa!! ! All night long we ran with a towel to scoop up water. We ourselves wanted to drink, eat, there was no drinking water either. HORROR!! ! HORROR!! ! HORROR!! ! So in four on two beds the night passed. I cried all night, I wanted to go home immediately! But where I had to run, the plane once a week. Morning has come. There was no light. Breakfast-eggs, potatoes, pasta, tea and coffee bags, watermelon slices, bun and portioned butter. Dirty, stained tablecloths on tables. Napkins are in short supply. I was still in shock! We thought about going to rent another hotel, but then there was no money left for food. And we have children! The sea brightened up a nightmare and a sleepless night. In the evening meeting with the guide. Comes and asks: well, how are you feeling. It's just a mockery! I tell her all this. And she says: well, here all the rooms are like that. I asked how to sleep in four on 2 beds with such linen and 2 pillows, because we paid for 3 adults and a child. She answers: do you still have a place there? They will bring you a mattress. The third one will sleep on the mattress. We didn’t have a place there, where else was the mattress, and the water from the refrigerator was constantly pouring. We refused. The guide also asked if we would go on excursions, and left. She was not interested in our problems, she was interested in selling us excursions. The only benefit was that they asked how to prolong the number, t. check-out at 12, and the plane in the evening. She said - 1000 rupees you pay and there are no questions. Then the nightmares continued. The water is hot by the hour in the morning and in the evening, but that's okay. We decided to open the mixer, and it remained in our hands. Well, the husband quickly turned off the faucet on the pipe. Water splashed all over the bathroom. I made my own mixer. So they used the faucet on the pipe and the mixer in the shower. But this is not all again !! ! We started to wash, and the water from the sewer went up. It is connected sink-toilet-shower. HORROR!! ! The whole bathroom is in the sewer, the water does not go away. Towels were thrown. I have tears from my eyes. They held on to the last of their strength! They adapted to wash with a trickle. It's a horror!! ! Finally finished off dinner. I ask the administrator how and when we should eat. And he says 400 rupees per person and you can eat. So I sat down. How? We paid for breakfast and dinner. I went for a piece of paper, which was given in St. Petersburg yet. I show him, here, I have dinner. And he told me, no, I don’t know anything. I'm in tears again. The administrator went to the reception, something was discussed there. Only then were we allowed to eat. The sea and a trip to the waterfall with a local taxi driver brightened up this nightmare. Since we decided that we will no longer have business with the tour operator. The electricity was cut off every day. Refrigerator constantly leaked, rattling air conditioner did not work. Our child fell ill (it is impossible to live in such conditions! ) and a local taxi driver helped us. Perivez to the pharmacy (fortunately I have a medical education), there we meet our guide with some old lady who buys medicine in boxes. She told me: don’t you recognize me? What are you doing here? I said that the child was ill, I need help and medicines, and it is possible that I will have to go to the clinic. She told me, well, you have chosen the right pharmacy, if you call and left. It's good that the medicines have international names. Helped us as I said a local taxi driver. The day of departure has come. We paid 1000 rupees. They tell us: take your things and move to another room. We opened the door and were stunned - a large room, where there are 3 beds, the furniture is also falling apart and everything is moldy, but the bedspreads are on the beds, the taps do not fall off. The sewer works. The air conditioner does not fall apart and does not rattle. Clean linen and towels. IT finished off completely!!! ! THIS IS THIS ROOM WE PAYED!! ! We had to live in it! That's what I saw in the photo on the website. Standard room for three adults and a child. And we lived in four on 2 beds in a viper! And our guide said that all the rooms here are the same. IT WAS A BAD LIE!! ! And she knew about it! In which we were convinced for our 1000 rupees! WE left with terrible impressions not from India, but from the tour operator! Did the CORAL TRAVEL tour operator deceive us so much and cashed in on us (AND ON OUR CHILDREN) by pushing us four into 2 local dirty hole, and not settling there, what we paid for!!! ! Some were offered to refuse the included dinner in exchange for relocation to a more decent room. Do not believe the photos on the site!! ! And everything was simple - we flew from CORAL TRAVEL, and those others from PEGASS! I photographed everything and can provide completely different shots! We have been in different countries, different tour operators and in different hotels. BUT this is the first time we have encountered this! Well, let CORAL TRAVEL become richer by three kopecks at the expense of my children! And I will post the truth with photos on all sites !! ! Maybe at least others will not survive what happened to us !! ! And India itself good in itself!! ! we are far from whimsical people! Do not believe the photo, believe the reviews!

Be sure to take shower towels with you. … More ▾ I'll start with +: Normal hotel, literally 3 minutes walk to the beach, we read a lot of reviews and were ready for garbage, dirt, etc. so we immediately bought wet wipes, antibacterial gel (everything came in handy). The room was cleaned every day and was almost clean. Be sure to take shower towels with you. their color is white but with spots that do not wash off. The room has: 2 single beds (although we immediately said that we needed one, and we had to move them, but when cleaning the beds they moved apart each time), a TV, 2 bedside tables, a refrigerator (everything inside is yellow, we put only water there), bathroom , sink, toilet.
-: The bathroom is shabby (they swam in slates), the sink is the same, the shampoo they give smells terrible, it’s good that we had everything with us when we entered the room there were no towels at all when asked first they gave white ones (they were for the shower), in the evening they gave striped (they are washed, but stained), we lived in 409, the door can be opened without a key, pulling it a little)). The pool should be open until 7, but the manager Roma closes it at 6, we came up 2 times saying that there was still time and he allowed us to swim in it. There was another unpleasant incident with Roma: on the last day we decided to have dinner at the hotel, ordering shrimp and waiting for them, Vadim saw how the waiter was bringing us shrimp and Roma, walking nearby, climbed into the portion with his fingers and pulled out the shrimp, he of course began to swear and took this portion to the kitchen, they began to ask for forgiveness in unison and prepared king prawns as a gift.
When you go to the beach, go through the tents with clothes, jewelry, etc. The saleswomen are very, very annoying, as you pass by, you will hear "Zy girlfriend, look at my store please" or "Madame look at" do not say the word "later" to them. they will remember you and when you go back to the hotel they will tell you "You said later when you come in? ". Bargain with them to the last literally up to 100 rupees (you can buy jewelry) for 200 rupees scarves, pareos, etc.
If you are going to go on vacation to GOA, with all the disadvantages of the hotel, choose it. Do not pay attention to the minuses, the main thing is the sun and the ocean)))
P. S. You can’t describe everything, but we had a good time))))

! And India itself good by itself!! ! going to this hotel, do not believe your eyes, believe the reviews! WE are far from whimsical people!!! !

Everything turned out to be just fine : ) As for Bollywood: the hotel is old, but believe me, for India it is quite an acceptable hotel. We lived in room 308, we were cleaned every day, towels were changed, nothing was ever stolen. We went without food at the hotel, we never regretted it. We also booked mopeds at the hotel and drove around the neighborhood (300 rupees per knock = 250 rubles) BEACH!! ! The beach is really good, all the beaches we have traveled around Colva and Margao are worse than this, although there are a lot of English on them. . There were cows once in two weeks, the dogs are very friendly and good, we constantly fed one black-and-white mother : ) We ate at ANTONIO! Thanks to the guys for always fresh seafood, fresh juices, fruits, goodwill and lack of complaints. On the advice of people who have been resting for more than a year, they did not even begin to look at other places on this beach (due to the fact that they did not want to earn diarrhea, etc. . things that could ruin our vacation) In Colva and other boats that we went to on mopeds, we ate everywhere : ) Mika also had very tasty food! (To the right of Bollywood). Prices are 1.5 - 2 times higher than on the beach, but there are no Russians and insanely delicious food : ) But special thanks to Antonio and Mike, the guys try very hard and made us happy every day. Be sure to try: Old Monk rum (120 rupees in the store, Antonio 200), tortilla with cheese and garlic, strawberry fresh, shrimp roast, different options for grilled fish. We ate 3 or even 4 times a day, paid at the end of the day a maximum of 1500 rupees (1100 rubles) and drank 8 fresh juices per day : ))) We went on an excursion with Ubaldu. BARGAIN WITH HIM; )) He didn’t like me right away for this : ) But then it turned out that for the same excursion (Waterfall, elephants, spices) We spent 2000 rupees, and the couple who went with us about 4500. So do not be afraid and feel free to say your price : ) We took with us: a bunch of mosquito repellents, a whole first aid kit, a lot of packs of wet wipes, sunscreen, antiseptics. Almost everything was left there, only hand gels came in handy. SHOPPING: Everyone bought in Colva and Margao (Blankets with Buddha and Ganesha, painted pillowcases, silk, jewelry, incense, clothes, teas, cosmetics and d-body oils) For EVERYTHING, bring down the price boldly 2 times, except for fixed price items. This is a very good place, feel free to go, but galvno set yourself up for a good rest!!! !

It took me a long time to come to my senses, because thoughts again and again rushed to this hospitable and hospitable corner. We had quite a good room 309. Having read various reviews before going to this hotel, we were prepared for the worst, but everything was quite good, it didn’t rattle or anything. Everything was in good working order and worked regularly. That is, when they gave hot water, the air conditioner did not stop working for a long time, but during the day, the room cooled down so much when the candy was working that it was not difficult to endure the shutdown. By the way, hot water was not really needed, because cool cold water was pleasantly refreshing in the heat and you could mostly do without hot water. There were no interruptions with electricity, they didn’t sit without it at all, except once for no more than 2-3 minutes. It became obvious after arriving at the hotel that a review is a matter of a person's mood. There are those who do not like everything, but there are those who have a positive attitude in any situation and can find the good and appreciate what is. Moreover, when buying a tour to a 3-star hotel, you don’t have to wait and demand super luxury : ) During the rest, we ate and enjoyed delicious food in Antonio’s neck (3rd shake on the beach) there are only 3 of them. "with a signboard cafe "Antonio" extreme from the hotel. There is a wonderful waiter Mario, who understands a lot of Russian. Very pleasant and fast service. They also have their own massage therapist Max, an excellent young man, we once had a massage with him and could not refuse. Very pleasant, gentle and relaxing massage. Do not compare with Thai. Everything in India is Indian. I was captivated by the spaciousness and lack of people on the beach. Affectionate water from which they did not want to leave. Many wealthy couples came not for the first time there because of the beach and the service in Antonio's neck!! ! The rest of the shortcomings, which can be found almost anywhere, cease to be noticeable when you take a dip and relax in the heady atmosphere of GOA-Bollywood sea beach!! !

And most importantly, these are wonderful people who live in complete harmony with nature, poor financially, but spiritually ahead of us forever.

Just flew back yesterday - the impressions are fresh. As the saying goes, strike while the iron is hot! )) I'll start with useful information for tourists! At the night market, the price was reduced by 5-10 times, and I think this is not the limit. -fruits can be bought at the market in colva next to the bus station or on the road between colva and bollywood, if there is no knife, then you can take it at the reception, like plates, tissues and a hairdryer. -approximate taxi prices - colva 50 rupees, panji 1000-1500 rupees, the night market is the same. - try not to walk alone outside the hotel - there have been cases of robberies - Do not stagger in unlit places in the bush or near it - snakes and other delights may appear - excursions from the operator are 2-3 times more expensive, you can take them from taxi drivers or in sheke - girls - be careful - if you are attractive, then the attention from the Indians will be very active, some are very good at this - remember, you are just business and entertainment for them. - not far from Bollywood there is a good institution - Mickey's - from the checkpoint to the right, and then following the sign to the left up the hill, there is an entrance from the beach. Prices are slightly higher than in shek, but the service and environment are much better (many foreigners and local moneybags - this is a clear indicator) - I have not visited Ayurvedic centers, but according to rumors, massages are like massages, but with a problem back I would not contact them... The hotel is different according to the late 90s, early 2000s, after the rainy season, local cosmetic repairs are taking place, but no more. Cons: 1. The rooms are mostly bad (everyone who rested at the same time with us went through 405 - just awful), but for an extra charge you can move to a normal one (extortion of clean water, of course, but what to do. . . ) And if there are no normal ones, then se la vie. . . in the 4th building, as it seems, everywhere on the first floors there is a bathroom, and on the second there is a shower. The bathroom looks terrible, and the shower is better anyway! Building 4, in principle, I do not advise, as well as the first floors. 2. Electricity is cut down constantly (up to 10-15 times a day), they did not count at night)))3. Condei, if they work, they make a terrible noise - it's impossible to sleep! The fan may also not work, but you can open the window and the door to create a draft (it is possible for living creatures to appear through open windows and doors) 4. We had very hard mattresses in room 407 - it was not comfortable to sleep. In addition, when checking in, it turned out that the fan and the telephone were not working, but after numerous calls from the hand-assed miracle master, something began to work. 5. Breakfast is not very good. Edible scrambled eggs or omelets (optional), which are prepared by a Pakistani in a cap (onions, tomatoes and spices are most often added by hand, despite the presence of appliances - it was annoying), and bread toasts with jam to the left of him. Instant coffee and tea bags. Periodically there were pancakes and the likeness of our chebureks, but without filling. Of course you won't leave hungry! Yes - I forgot about bananas - although they are green, they are tasty. )))6. Indian service - well, sooooo slow. To achieve at least something - you need to try very hard. They can agree to everything and pretend that they will do everything, but this is absolutely not the case. 7. Hot water in the morning and in the evening + on request (if the phone does not work, then you had to go to the reception, but even here it’s not a fact that they will give it - the soul of an Indian is a mystery). Someone always had it in their rooms, and it was very hot from both taps, while someone didn’t have it at all. 8. Fragrances. About 4 buildings (I didn’t notice anywhere else) a rather persistent sewer smell. It usually appears in the evening. 9. Crows. They are just darkness! Constantly croaking, shitting and stealing food. Very tired!!! 10. cats. They brought them to catch rodents, which can be seen from time to time on the territory of the hotel (they were not seen in the rooms). At night, love songs and fights are not uncommon (I'm talking about cats))). They interfered a couple of nights! In my opinion, the hotel has 2 pluses1. Proximity to the beach 2. Proximity to Colva (np with shops, cafes, internet and a pharmacy) Well, as the third change towels regularly (although there are beach and dirty ones, they change them to dry ones) The beach is pretty good, but having driven along the coast I can say for sure that there are much better. Cons: 1. Go though not far, but on viscous sand mixed with garbage through the "shops" of local inhabitants. Every time you pass by, you will hear from everyone "Hello friend! Come see my store! I will make a good discount! " - tiresome. 2. On the territory of 3 shek (an eatery where you can eat / drink and lie on their sunbeds), all are about the same. If you do not pay attention to the garbage that is not removed, to the sluggishness, to the conditions in which they cook (they do not have running water, they have water from a pump, they live in the same shek, I doubt that they wash their hands before cooking, write, and generally wash whether? ), on the brokenness of sun loungers and awnings, then you can have a good time on the beach. Drinking beer and playing volleyball (2 nets stretched next to the shacks). 3. From time to time beggars, merchants and massage therapists appear, there are not as many of them as on Calangute, but still. 4. Damn ubiquitous crows Pros: 1. Gorgeous light sand. Warm water, gentle entry3. cute dogs that lie under your sunbeds (guard tourists by the way) Reflections on the theme of relaxationTour for two 9 nights. (We arrived on the morning of 12.02, and left early in the morning at 21 (at 4 o'clock). - 54 thousand rubles. I found out that tickets cost about 20 thousand per person, therefore 14 thousand remain, of which, I think, 4 thousand to the operator, maybe more, but let's consider it this way - it remains 10 thousand for a room for 9 nights. On the one hand, it is not so expensive ~ $ 40 per night. At the reception, I was told 4000 rupees (~ $ 90) per night, and for 5 or more -20% i. e. ~ 70$ night. In any case, you can rent a house in a colva or in guest houses on the coast (two-storey with amenities, a living room, a bedroom, etc. for $ 200 per month. You can rent a house for two weeks for $ 100, which is cheaper than 9 nights for $400))! If I go again to India, then definitely myself - cheaper and more practical. You can buy tickets, insurance too, with housing, if you don’t go at the peak, there will be no problems for sure. Transfer from the airport is inexpensive - the main thing is to be able to bargain. ) By the way, it’s easier, faster and cheaper to apply for a visa, sort of like from Sri Lanka, Nepal and Thailand - you can make your own tour))) I agree that this is to some extent a gamble - to go nowhere, but the fact that this hotel is not worth that kind of money I'm 100% sure! Yes, and the tourists I knew “liked” the situation - it turned out that the return ticket was for only one of the two tourists (the documents were inattentively looked at upon receipt and did not pay attention), they bought the return ticket at their own expense - as a conclusion - and with the agency you are out of nothing not insured... To be honest, the feeling of disgust did not leave the whole vacation - but if you do not bother with these nonsense, then the rest may well succeed! It was the second time in India, and the first time was better… Good luck to everyone and have a good rest.

The hotel is mediocre, what you can expect when buying a ticket to 3 stars. hotel. We arrived at the very beginning of the season and had the opportunity to choose a room. In general, the rooms are very small, but if you think that they are only for spending the night, then it will do. We settled in the building where the reception (rooms from 500). The room is large, the furniture is all old, bathroom. knot old, dark. There is no entertainment at all. Those who bought tours with dinner were very sorry, because the food is bad. We only had breakfast at the hotel (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs and toasters with butter and jam is what is edible). And they had lunch and dinner on the beach in a cafe at Mario's (second from left). Of course seafood is something. Prawns from royal to the most huge, shark and barracuda (like our pike perch), but it's all fresh and very tasty. Of course we tried crab and lobster, yes it is delicious, but there is absolutely nothing to eat. I would like to note that from 5 in the morning crows croak strongly and therefore it is not possible to open a balcony or windows if you turn on the air conditioner, it rumbles so much (everything is very old). The beach is located next to the hotel. Taxis are always on duty around the hotel. . Have used their services all the time. And get to Kolva (50-100 rupees per car) and Margao and Pananji. We went with taxi drivers to watch Old GOA. to the waterfall, to the spices. We traveled with Ubaldo (you can bargain with him), the rest of the taxis are already shaking prices, although at the beginning of our arrival they also bargained. All shops have to haggle. If they sell for 400, then you can buy for 150-200 rupees. You have to stick to your price. Rest is monotonous. Young people will be very bored, and children from 12-15 years old will also be bored. Were visiting in the nearby hotel Belez (3+) this is the hotel. Everything is new, modern, no crows, no cats yelling. Made like a cottage - 1 room on the 1st floor and 2 on the second. For 3 families. Many from this hotel went to our beach, because prices in cafes are lower. The weather was perfect and even the rain did not interfere with our holiday. If you want a luxurious holiday, then you need to take 5 stars. We immediately tuned in only for the good, and therefore our vacation was excellent, because the main thing on vacation is the sea and the sun.
