We rest in this hotel not the first time, and we will probably go again. Despite the shortcomings. Of the shortcomings, the main one is dilapidation. And the hotel management seems to have given up on this matter. The pool, alas, is already in a deplorable state. The mosaic flew off, the drain grates are broken, rusty smudges are visible everywhere, the crows have chosen a shallow children's pool for themselves, and in the evenings they arrange a spa there with all the consequences - litter, dirt, garbage. The hotel staff doesn't care. Pass by without even chasing. By the way, in Hyatt Park, I didn’t even see a single crow in the palm trees. The rooms are also old, but spacious enough, with nice balconies.
Breakfast, even for my pretentious taste, is quite adequate. There is everything I need for breakfast - tea, toast, butter, bacon, eggs in all versions, lots of fruit, yoghurts. A lot of any Indian cooking, which in some places is even nothing. Especially in the early days.
The hotel is quiet, calm, there is no entertainment, the spa is terribly expensive (by Indian standards), massage is on average $60.

The beach is great, clean. In the evenings, a special car drives and collects garbage.
The hotel is very well located in my opinion. To the airport - 15 minutes. ZiBop (famous restaurant) is a stone's throw away. Delicious, fast, but more expensive than anywhere else. On all excursions, too, close. Because a couple of times we were in the very south, beyond Palolem, so one trip to the waterfalls was worth it . .
In general, the hotel is not even bad. But, in my opinion, the price is clearly too high, given the general dilapidated condition. By the way, a new Planet Hollywood hotel was built nearby, very worthy, no worse, even better, and the price tag is cheaper. The only negative is a very shallow pool, about 1.2 m.
