Hello everybody!! ! I would like to warn everyone to beware of this silver sand beach resort. I would never write comments, but these guys acted very ugly with us. I have never encountered such rudeness, there is probably no such bestial attitude in any hotel. No respect for people!! ! First things first, upon arrival at the hotel we were successfully settled in the basement, the musty smell of mold and naphthalene did not let us sleep throughout the vacation. The bedding was in a terrible state, after previous visitors no one bothered to change it, there was dirt, dust, mold, cobwebs on the floor. The next day we met with the guide and asked him to help us with relocation, which we were denied! ! On the fourth day of rest, we were invited to the reception and offered to change the room, after examining it we agreed, since it was a little cleaner. After checking in, a hotel worker approached us and demanded $50. The husband took money out of his purse and gave $ 20, he willingly took it, but left very angry and dissatisfied, although there was no additional payment for the room before check-in. The next day after relaxing on the beach, we returned to the room and found that $ 500 was missing in the safe from the purse, which the guide recommended to us, in order to avoid embarrassing situations, and at the same time the safe beeped strangely, i. e. one of the staff in our absence had access to the safe. Naturally, in hot pursuit, we turned first of all to our guide from the company "minar" in bewilderment, because. there lay almost all the money for further rest, to which we were given the answer that these are our problems and we must solve them ourselves. Then we turned to our travel company "luxury tours" for help, where we were advised to contact the police and sit and wait for her ! ! A whole day of waiting in the room and finally the local authorities arrived, with our guide. From her translation, it was clear that if we wrote a statement, we would be blacklisted and deported from the country, but they promised us to look at CCTV cameras and deal with this situation.
During the rest of the vacation, we tried to somehow return our funds, through the local authorities, who fed us "breakfasts" from day to day, guides, translators, the travel company "minar", which was also inactive, administrators, but it was all useless. On the contrary, every day it got worse, the bed linen was no longer changed, there were sidelong glances around, rudeness, and ignorance.
As a result, the rest was spoiled, the mood too, so we did not receive any compensation. The police waited until we left and calmed down.
