First about the hotel. Territory for a full 4 stars. Cleaning of the territory, the number of staff, their courtesy. The room is just 2 stars. There is only a bed, a mirror and a table in the room (there is a wardrobe built into the wall with hinges for your own lock, which we had to buy there, since we didn’t have enough safe at the reception even though there were few people and that it was paid). The bathroom has a toilet bowl, a washbasin with a mirror and a floor-to-ceiling shower (without a cubicle). The fan worked properly, the water was constantly. The sockets in the room are not for our plug, but for 5 plugs. At first they asked for an adapter, which they asked to return immediately in the morning, and then they adapted. loosened their "entrances" and it began to be charged. Our room was on the first floor in the building by the pool. There are rooms that are called without air conditioning. The pluses in them is that you have, as it were, your own yard. deckchairs with tables where you can relax in the evenings. Directly at the exit of any room pool. Rooms on the first floor are a minimum of privacy, sometimes we had to whisper, since we did not close the windows day or night.
About the pool. Clean, fairly large, deep. Depth starts somewhere from 1.60m and ends at 2.2ohm. , the size is about 15m by 7m. there is a section for children. There, not only the depth is different, but also the fact that there the water does not seem to be chlorinated, but completely changed. And somewhere else from 5 to 7 pm Indian children come there for paid swimming lessons. Conduct classes in English. And most importantly, the pool opens at 8:30 in the morning and already at 19:30 it is closed and chlorinated. But in other hotels as well, so it can't be fixed.
Nutrition. At the hotel, breakfast is a choice of coffee or tea, a glass of MAZZA (canned mango juice) and 2 toasts with jam. It's every day. No omelettes or fresh juices. Although the cooks they cook delicious. Sometimes we had lunch and dinner there. Geographically, the hotel is opposite the new Colva Kinara, there, of course, you can envy what kind of rooms and breakfasts they have !!!!!

You have to pay 200 rupees ($4) to cook your own food.
If the restaurant is closed and the bar is still open. then you won’t be able to drink coffee - it is made only in the kitchen.
And more about the hotel. All the staff speaks English and no one speaks Russian, although they spend hours trying to understand us)))
About the massage at the hotel. Master SASHI is good, he is also a yoga teacher. They say that people come to him for whole courses of massages and do not go to the sea (she met such people herself), as he says that you can’t sunbathe either before or after, but swim only at dawn. However, he didn't tell me that. Its price is 900 rupees - 1 hour, 2200 rupees - 1 hour 40 minutes. I tried a short one - I liked it, because the effect is immediately felt, but I did it only once. I just had no time.
Talk about the cheapness of GOA is clearly exaggerated. In addition to taxis, a hairdresser and seafood, prices are the same as in our Auchan, for example, and even then you have to bargain hard. Shrimps, for example, in the market in the neighboring Margao - 80 UAH. kg with bargaining, and also pay for a taxi. Tours from $50 per person, even if you group yourself. Husband went to the most ordinary barbershop and was satisfied. Firstly, I sat under the air conditioner for half an hour, and secondly, I felt like a “desired” client, the hairdresser, a young guy, tried so hard, after the haircut they carefully trimmed the “care”, did a light head massage and brushed off every single hair! This pleasure cost 70 rupees, i. e. less than $1.5

For money. we had enough 700 dollars for 10 days for two. In addition to food and souvenirs, we spent them on: one main excursion (waterfall + plantations + elephants + temple), we went with Sebastian. Fishing in the sea. They flew by parachute. did a relaxing massage on the beach and 1 Ayurvedic massage in my hotel. We went on a tour of South GOA on our own by bus in 1 day. Sebastian liked the fact that he is calm, honest, speaks a little Russian and names the price for which you have to bargain with others. I highly recommend taking their buses. They go very often, they bring music and very cheap!! ! We drove all day - it turned out 200 rupees for two (less than $ 4)
About customs. They brought in and took out whatever they wanted. Of course, they thought about how to pack, but nevertheless. In hand luggage and back and forth each carried 2 bags of juice 0.2 l in foil. Cigarettes and alcohol, too, more than you can. They brought back 22 kg of fruit for two! Why so much? They brought a whole JACKFRUIT for 9 kg. !! ! We had fruits in our luggage and hand luggage.
And about the beach. . . It's great! Wide, clean, safe. They didn’t step on anything, only sand everywhere. Pass the wave that twists and continue to swim on the waves at your pleasure. We never saw any cows on the beach. There are many dogs - 6-8 pieces are "fixed" behind each neck, they lie under your sunbeds all day.
The temperature in Goa in April is the same everywhere. Air + 32, water + 31, pool + 32, cold water tap +28. There was no rain.
To everyone who is going to have a pleasant stay and 2 tips.
1- Never order the same dish - they will cook it differently, and the first time is always better
2- Do not draw conclusions in the first 2 days. Your opinion will definitely change!
Any questions, I'll be happy to answer!
