I was with my daughter at the end of July for 2 weeks in this hotel, the room was ordered with a superior view of the sea, they settled right away, but asked the tour operator for separate beds and 1 floor (because it’s hard to walk up the stairs after a cast), we settled on the 2nd floor at the very end of the territory, in order to apparently load my leg as much as possible after the plaster. The territory is not bad, a very nice Russian-speaking guy Sergey at the reception, but he doesn’t decide anything, and he gets to work late, so it’s difficult to communicate with him, because there is no manager in his presence and no one can solve the problems that have arisen. And there are many questions: in addition to the fact that they clean the room very badly (even with a tip left), they don’t seem to wash the floors at all, the sink in the toilet is dirty, for some reason there is no soap, until they told about it 3 times, the towels are washed very poorly, they have smell and do not absorb water at all, I really regretted that I did not take a towel with me from home. The safe is small, just put the documents and money, but the phone and fotik no longer fit!! ! With such heat that was on the street, they could put a bottle of water in the room. The air conditioners are old, apparently the filters have not been changed for 100 years, you turn it on, and from there there is an unpleasant smell. There were always waves on the sea, and given the rocky bottom (it is strange why these few boulders cannot be removed so that people do not tear their legs and sides against these stones). In addition, I did not like the food, very poor for breakfast and no less poor for dinner and lunch. Order from the menu, they will bring a "pig in a poke" and there is nothing, they only ate watermelons. The restaurant next to the hotel was excellent, the waiter boy was lovely, fast and very tasty, at fairly low prices. I don’t recommend traveling in local buses, because you may find yourself next to people who are not quite healthy in the literal sense of the word and pick up some kind of sore from them, such as tuberculosis or something like that. Everyone rides on buses, including homeless locals or those who steal on buses, witnessed an attempt to steal from a bag from a German woman. As we found out later, it turns out that there are good 5 * hotels, but for some reason the tour operator did not offer them to us. In general, it is difficult to be on the island, if you go on an excursion somewhere, you have to use a boat or dirty ferries, not a very pleasant trip. In general, once again you understand that it is much better at home, although I travel abroad up to 4-5 times a year and have already visited many places. Good luck to all!
