Location.
Via Mario Puccini, 44, Quercianella, LI, Italia. It is 14 km from the center of Livorno, between Livorno and Cecina. Pisa is 30 km away. The hotel is located right on the coast.
But still, this is probably not the best place for mass tourism. Infrastructural gaps - periphery - entertainment, shops, crowded places - not noticed. You can walk to the sea and walk around the hotel. For motorists, just right!
Price.
We took a 4-bed room-Classic Quadruple Room Sea View - Free Breakfast. It was 104 euros per day, with 4 breakfasts. Doubles for that period were 60 euros each. Prices for the season were not higher - at least when booking in April for July!

Neighborhood.
The place is very cool - when choosing this hotel, we counted on almost two full days of relaxation - it was just supposed to be the "equator" of the entire trip in the "moose" mode. Therefore, I was looking for a hotel for a long time so that there would be somewhere nearby to take a walk (taking into account the presence of a car, that is, nearby is not walking distance, but somewhere around 5-10 km). Not far, a little south of the hotel, there is a reserve with cypress pines, right along the sea - the photos (in other reviews) are just awesome. We wanted to take bikes there and ride - that's how everyone recommends - a lot of bike routes. We did not succeed, but you, keep in mind!
The most famous place in the area is Pisa and Lucca. I will not write about these cities. Just know they are there.
The city of Livorno, well, such; -)
The sea is beautiful, but with the shores, an amateur!
And near the hotel, and in several places in the vicinity, where we stopped for a walk and a dip (because the beginning of May did not remind me of summer) - sharp stones, or not sharp, but still stones. And it happens a little. Getting into the water is inconvenient.
The beach at the hotel is also rocky, but more gentle than in the "wild" places of our stops.
In general, I'm not a big fan of the seas in terms of swimming - I'm more of those who like to look at it, sit on the bank, walk along the sea - like me - this hotel is the best choice.
Again, we were out of season and it was very noticeable!
Hotel.
A small hotel, located by the sea, in several tiers, many stairs, steps. But everything is compact. The beach is not big, rocky. We didn't swim because it's May. The hotel has a swimming pool, moreover, in all the reviews it is praised, and from the photo (not mine) you can see that it's cool there in the summer, in this pool.
In May, he was still without water.
There is a lot of space with sun loungers on the territory of the hotel itself, since the beach obviously does not accommodate all the guests (see photo).
The layout of the area is very nice. There are many flowers everywhere: roses, lavender, petunias, chrysanthemums...
Dozens of sculptures, and the hotel itself is more like a museum - quite a lot of antique furniture, a lot of old things, a lot of antique. But all together, it looks very colorful.
2 large terraces overlooking the sea - on one we had breakfast, on the other, a tier below, just places to relax. WiFi is everywhere.
Almost every room has its own large terrace with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
The rooms are solid, even despite the fact that 4 local (rather-family). Designed in the general style of the hotel.
The bathroom is spacious, everything you need was there.
We checked in already after midnight, they waited for us, although the reception seemed to be only until 12 at night.
There is a large free car park in front of the hotel.
Breakfast buffet.
No frills, but standard meals and drinks, fruits and vegetables were plentiful.
The contingent of the hotel (in May), as it seemed to me, some Italians and Germans. There were quite a few people, which was discovered only at breakfast. And in the parking lot; -)
Service is difficult to evaluate in one day. Don't know.
Verdict. An excellent hotel for people who love comfort and beauty, tranquility and clean air. Perhaps for those who are not the first time in Italy and do not seek to quickly see it all. The hotel is not expensive, in terms of price-quality ratio, the best of the three in the vicinity of Livorno (very subjective).
