From 01.01.2012 citizens of Ukraine need a visa to visit Sri Lanka. All tourists arriving in Sri Lanka after 01/01/2012 must pay a visa fee upon arrival in the amount of $ 25 per adult. Visa for a child under 12 years old is free of charge.
The visa will be valid for visiting the country for up to 30 days.

There were a couple of articles on the internet that seemed to extend the free visa until March 31st. It is not true?

Well, I already wrote to you that from 01/01/2012 citizens of Ukraine need a visa to visit Sri Lanka!!!!! In the past (2011), it was indeed extended, and not only in order to visit Sri Lanka. Sorry.

They extended ... but they didn’t extend it: at the entrance, the fee, as colleagues from the pora-vTur t/c, Donetsk,
$25/adult.
Tourists under 12 years of age are not charged.
