The rooms are two-room apartments with a small corridor into which they squeezed a mini-kitchen, moreover, right at the entrance to the bathroom. Well, for that, you can save on food - there is an electric stove with two burners, dishes and a refrigerator. However, you won’t really fry or sizzle there, since we couldn’t find the hood, as we weren’t looking for. The furniture is rather unpretentious and tired, but everything looks quite normal, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a TV panel. The bathroom is clean, with a shower curtain.
The biggest advantage of the villa is its location. We can say that it is in the very center of Budva, where everything is nearby - a market, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a shopping center, a post office, a bank. Moreover, the villa is away from the main noisy street. Very close to the beach and close to the Old Town.
A little about the beaches of Budva. I'll start with the distant Yaz, it is so called because it is located in the lovely and clean bay of Yaz (JAZ). From Budva it is easy to get there by taxi, only 5 Euros, so if a company of four, then it works out fine. The cost of sun loungers and umbrellas is 3 Euros per unit, but many sunbathe just like that on clean pebbles covered with a towel. The water there is of excellent transparency, the bay itself is the most beautiful, and even protected from the wind, so you are guaranteed beach pleasure. The beach is quite well equipped, sunbeds and umbrellas are different, for every taste, there are cafes and bars.
Perhaps someone will be interested that in this bay, on the left side, if you look at the sea, behind the rock is one of the nudist beaches of Montenegro. Fans of this business understand what it is about, but I want to warn those who are just curious and looking for adventure - it is better for single girls not to meddle there. The fact is that one of the girls from our company, who decided to merge with nature and get complete relaxation on an almost empty beach, had an incident there, from which she could not recover for a long time. It turns out that everything is simple - fans of the rest “what mother gave birth to”, perceive it all as the norm of life, but local guys think differently - a beautiful girl came to show herself, which means that we must also demonstrate everything. Thank God, everything ended well, but the girl suffered a lot of fear, especially considering that the beach is rather deserted. Please note that the proximity of this beach will in no way disturb the peace of the rest, most likely, the majority of vacationers will not even notice its presence.
I highly recommend going there, at least once on an excursion - this is one of the best beaches on the Budva Riviera.
Slovenska Plaž a beach. What to say? The beach is quite long, but in the season there are still people there, like herrings in a barrel - such a pleasure for an amateur. It should be noted that this beach is equipped with good infrastructure - here you will find bars, and restaurants, and cafes, and snack bars like "fast food", but of high quality, and even fishermen with the sale of their catch after 16.30 (closer to the Old Town). In some restaurants you can order the preparation of fresh seafood - 8 Euro per kilo, no matter what kind of living creatures you buy, moreover, this is with serving and service, I think this is a good price. On this beach there is a local open-air disco called "Trocadero" (not to be confused with a nightclub with the same name). There are also “changing rooms” - peculiar, look at the photo. Toilets are all paid, sun lounger + umbrella 10 Euro - bites. Then, there are a lot of water activities - also their own nuances, so be prepared.
Richard's Glava Beach is a small beach that literally squeezes into the Old Town on one side, and the rocks leading to Mogren Beach on the other. On this beach there is a bar where you can take a beer and sit in sun loungers for free and use the toilet (but this is if you are lucky to take a suitable table). There is a pier there, but it is dilapidated or not yet repaired. The bottom is large pebbles, but large stones are regularly removed from the beach. This beach is used by vacationers from Avala. It offers a gorgeous view from the Citadel in the Old City.
Mogren Beach is perhaps the most famous of the local beaches. In fact, there are two of them - Mogren-1 and Mogren-2. A picturesque path along the cliff leads to them just from the beach of Richard's Head. There is also a bay, which consists of two parts, which designate two beaches. To the second Mogren, you will have to go through a wooden passage in the rock, and, at the initial stage, you will have to enter the water knee-deep, and maybe even higher. But this does not stop the fans of this place and there are also enough people there, perhaps a little less than on the first beach, but in the season, I mean, it will be dense there. On the beach, everything is available for a comfortable stay - bars, showers, toilets. On the second beach there is even something similar to a restaurant, but in early June it was still closed, so I can’t say for sure.
In principle, it is quite possible to consider this option for economical accommodation of a family. The only thing is that the hostess seemed to me not very friendly and more concerned about her own peace and relaxation than about the guests and the promotion and condition of her own business. You decide.

Upon arrival, the hostess of the villa met us, showed us the rooms and left. The next day, early in the morning, relatives of my sister, who lives in Greece with her husband and children, came to visit us. They wanted to settle next to us, but the hostess refused, referring to the lack of places. (Although the villa was half empty). Then my sister and I went to look for places in other hotels, and her husband and children stayed with us. When we returned to report that the place was found to the hostess rushed in and started screaming indignantly that outsiders were in the territory of her villa. We all tried to explain to her that they were my relatives, but she refused to listen and said that her territory was closed and no outsiders were allowed to enter. There was no limit to my indignation.
My sister moved to another hotel, which was literally a stone's throw from us and naturally they ran to us from time to time. My sister was afraid to come to us and called us from the street. I was rather tired of this and went to the representatives of the tour operator and in an ultimatum form said either they would provide me with other housing or she would finally calm down. The hostess stopped coming in, but as soon as our children went out onto the lawn to play, her husband shouted that the children were interfering with rest. Further worse. Claims poured in one after another: the children threw paper from sweets, the children loudly close the gate at the entrance to the yard. It became clear to me that the owners can not stand children. I stopped letting the kids out during siesta. There were also claims that we often wash. Well, this is generally absurd. Having two children and not washing, how do you imagine that?
I withstood a week. Then I went to the representatives and said that if this does not stop, then let them return all the money, I will find housing myself. After that, relative calm more or less came. Sometimes the owners said something, but I did not pay any attention to it.
So who wants to remember the Soviet times, the pioneer camp and strict counselors and directors, come to Asanovich.
Just do not take children with you - children annoy them.
