Were in the villa from 3 to 13 August 2009. Don't confuse the hotel with Beljana. The villa is brand new. Operator in Ukraine - Karasan. The country is very beautiful! Much prettier than Croatia. In general, the impression of the villa is twofold. Pros: 1) nice spacious room, kitchenette 2) room cleaning every day 3) very hospitable hosts Minuses: 1) Unfortunate location: we had a room overlooking the mountains and a very noisy car wash (also belongs to the owner of the villa); the rooms, which were overlooking the sea, overlooked the crossroads of three roads with a terrible passage. … More ▾ Were in the villa from 3 to 13 August 2009. The country is very beautiful! Much prettier than Croatia.

In general, the impression of the villa is twofold.
Pros:
1) nice spacious room, kitchenette
2) room cleaning every day
3) very hospitable hosts
Minuses:
1) Unfortunate location: we had a room overlooking the mountains and a very noisy car wash (also belongs to the owner of the villa); the rooms, which were overlooking the sea, overlooked the crossroads of three roads with a terrible passage.
2) On all sites they write that the distance to the sea is 300 meters, but in reality there are all 600. + not a very good location - opposite the Slovenska Plaza beach, where there is nowhere to stumble. We went to Mogren (behind the Old Town), spending 20 minutes walking one way.
3) Selili is also interesting - by age: the older, the lower.
4) Departure on the last day was at 16-00, departure to Tivat at 14-05, but at the same time we were asked to check out by 9-00 in the morning
. It's good that we managed to agree with the owners of the villa to leave things with them.

Additional recommendations:
1) Do not take excursions on the waterfront. Their level is creepy, they often single out a guide who tells everything in several languages. That is, the time that he tells, he divides into multilingual tourists. On the other hand, the tour operator who settled in the Villa offered the same excursions, at the same prices, but cut down. Excursions: were on San Stefan, Kotor, went to Dubrovnik. In principle, everything can be recommended, but much more was expected from Dubrovnik.
2) On the beach near San Stefan, the uncle offered us sunbeds and umbrellas for 6 people for 25 euros. We really liked the idea. He sent us his assistant, who handed us 1 umbrella and 3 sunbeds for everyone, after which they basically stopped understanding Russian.
3) Do not order a lot of dishes so as not to return home with extra pounds. One dish can be safely taken for two.
I highly recommend splash, prosciutto (an amateur, very salty) and seafood. Very good cuisine in restaurants on the waterfront - Jadran and Porto.
3) Souvenirs. There are enough of them. Mostly magnets (from 2 euros), cups (from 3 euros), t-shirts (about 10 euros).
4) Gold. There are a lot of "zlatars" in the old town. Gold is very decent and inexpensive. So if you have extra funds, you can buy something for yourself.
5) Sea. Very clean, take masks, there are a lot of interesting things in the sea - you can meet numerous fish, hedgehogs, and octopuses.
6) Boat trips. A lot of offers near the old city. Do not agree to go to the "miracle" beach on the island of St. Nicholas. We regretted that we went: the water is clear, but the bottom is very rocky and sharp in places.
