Your review: Rested from 25.07. 16 to 06.08. 2016 in this villa. Upon arrival at the villa, the representative of the R-TOURS travel agency Anche did not meet the vacationers, but only came in the evening and brought a list of excursions at a price twice as expensive as you can buy on the beach. When checking into the villa, no one was acquainted with the rules of residence. We specifically took a studio room with tiles for preparing simple breakfast dishes. It is always very stuffy in the corridors of the villa, until you get to the 4th floor you will sweat all over. When you leave the room, the air conditioner immediately turns off. There is no Charcot shower in the shower, but a simple rain works. On the second day of the young maid's stay, a bedspread and decorative pillows from the bed were hidden in the mezzanine. When asked where it went, the answer was that it cannot be used. The next day, a small saucepan disappeared from the room. When asked where my personal thing had gone, the answer was given that we were acquainted with the rules of residence against a signature upon check-in. After our demand to show these rules in Russian, they were provided. It turns out that in the room you can only cook coffee on the stove and heat baby food, it is forbidden to store food in the room (there are really a lot of food ants in the room that you can bring home), you must pay for damaged things and furniture and walls, do not take out a small table on balcony. In short, it's better not to use anything. At night, the balcony cannot be opened, so from below the central street with heavy traffic all night, and with dawn, roosters begin to sing until the very morning, so you won’t have much rest at night. The next day, the administrator showed on the phone a photo of a sheet with three spots of wine and said that you would have to pay for the sheet, although the sheets and duvet covers were not even ironed yet, and the stains had already been washed on them more than once. After that, we invited the administrator to the room and made us take pictures of all the shortcomings in the room (scratched furniture, worn walls, smeared mattress, melted electric kettle, etc. ). Bed linen for the first week was never changed until forced (must be changed every three days). On refusal to pay the cost of the sheets, the administrator frightened the relocation to a 2 * room. After our request, the administrator phoned the owner of the hotel and our conversation with the owner in high tones, the issue was resolved in our favor. The next day, upon arrival from an evening walk, our door was locked (it could not be opened with an electronic key). After a conversation with the administrator, the door was unlocked (they said it was an accident). Then in the evening before leaving, they called us to the room and said that we had to hand over our passports. On the question of why to rent, we were answered by a representative of the travel agency R-tours: "in the morning, hand over the room, then you will get your passports back. " We refused to hand over our passports because we have no right to give them to anyone, to which a threat was made that they would not let us sleep all night and even call the police. But we never passed, because in the morning we could bring any charges and they had to be carried out in order to fly out of this country. And of course the country is beautiful, but living in this villa ruined the whole vacation and next time we are unlikely to go to this country, but never to this villa.
