We were very worried after reading negative reviews, but the cost of the tour was too attractive, so we went. Now I want to protect Vasko Lux with all responsibility. We rested in villas in Budva for the third time, we studied Budva far and wide. The Vasko Lux apartments (I can't even call it a villa) are located in a very convenient location on a quiet street. Close to the embankment, market, supermarket, Old Town and representative office of the host PILON. A five-story residential building, the first floor of which is occupied by apartments, that is, hotel rooms. For us, this is the second floor, the first floor is considered zero. All complaints in the reviews about the lack of reception, I think are unfounded. We had a kitchen in our room with a 2-burner induction cooker, a refrigerator, and a set of tableware. The bathroom has a shower with glass sliding doors, a hair dryer was in a box on a cabinet by the mirror. All plumbing is new and of good quality. The room has a large bed with an upholstered headboard, an armchair-bed, a table with a TV, two ottomans-drawers, two bedside tables and built-in wardrobes with lots of shelves. There are extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobes. On the balcony there is a round table with a glass surface and two wicker chairs. In the middle of our vacation, we found a large clothes dryer and a block of clothespins on the balcony, this event pleasantly surprised us. We immediately removed our rope, which we always carry in a suitcase just in case.
Cleaning. When we were driving from the airport, the attendant talked about the peculiarities of living in villas: cleaning is done once every 3 days, bed linen is changed after 7 days. I don’t know if there are such rules at Vasko Lux, but the garbage was taken from us every other day, then every day, the floor was clean, toilet paper was reported, towels were changed, and in general we saw a woman who cleans the rooms every day on the floor. You can contact her for any questions. I heard how she was approached about Wi-Fi and she gave the password. We didn't use the internet, so I can't say anything about that. Soap and shampoo need to bring your own. I would advise you to take a small kitchen towel with you, because. in the kitchen they washed dishes, fruits, but there was nothing to wipe their hands with. And no towels are provided for the feet. That's why I give it 8 points.
We never aspired to return to our former villa in Budva, but if we go to Budva again, then most likely to Vasko Lux, everything is very conveniently combined there - both the conditions and the location.

I won’t talk about the hotel bad or good, I’ll just tell you, but it’s up to you to decide whether to go or not. The first thing that surprised me was that there really isn’t a “mythical” maid living there, but it’s not clear where, and when you find her, she only speaks Serbian, so the first tip is to learn a couple of phrases in Serbian. … More ▾ I won’t talk about the hotel bad or good, I’ll just tell you, but it’s up to you to decide whether to go or not. The first thing that surprised me was that there really isn’t a “mythical” maid living there, but it’s not clear where, and when you find her, she only speaks Serbian, so the first tip is to learn a couple of phrases in Serbian. The hotel really has a giant audibility, but this is the case in almost all hotels, the air conditioner is really very loud and blows right into the bed, since it is located under the window instead of a radiator. No one cleans the room, you have to take out the garbage yourself, if you come for 7 days, then neither the bed nor the towel is changed for you. Of the equipment in the room, there is only an electric kettle, an iron, a hair dryer in the villa, so take it with you. Mogren beach is far away, and the Slavic beach is very dirty, Mogren is much cleaner, albeit a little more expensive. , St. Stephen and Petrovac. I can say one thing is much cheaper to find housing on your own on the Internet, the average cost of housing in Budva is 30-50 euros.

But we have already returned and I am ready to share my impressions! We are 2 adults and 2 children (15 and 7 years old). And so: we flew out of Zaporozhye at 17.00, in Budva, according to their time, we were at 18.00 In Tivat (flying for 2 hours), they met us immediately and quickly put us on the bus, comfortably, all with a smile. Pilon agency is great here. A guide Elena was traveling with us, she told everything, it was interesting and after 25-30 minutes. we were in Budva. The villa is located next to the agency. Such a nondescript in appearance, next to it is more luxurious of course. Our windows overlooked, thank God, not on the highway, but on the street between the villas, noisy, but relatively nothing. We lived on the 2nd floor. A room in the form of an apartment for 3 rooms, a kitchenette with accessories, a TV, a sofa, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a room with a single bed and a bedside table, they explained to us that the child can sleep in the living room on the sofa, but naturally he slept with us . The bed linen is far from new, washed out, but there were sheets and white ones. . The towels are white, but changed 1 time in 3 days !! ! This is of course terrible, imagine that 2 boys, every day the beach, I had to use a washing machine, buy powder, and the bed had to be changed, I also washed it, according to the rules posted downstairs at the entrance they change the bed 1 time in 10 days! Toilet paper was added when changing towels, they bought it themselves. The kettle had to be washed from the inside, because it was dangerous to drink - the plaque was strong. There was some unpleasant smell in the room, not sharp, but unpleasant. They took out the trash themselves. The villa was almost empty, with us on the floor there were a young couple and some guy. There is no reception! Just no. The woman who cleaned the room came only after 3 days, no one else! Now, if there were some problems in the room or someone got sick, where to run at night ? ? Who to ask? Once the lights went out for 10 minutes, I don’t know the reason, but it was dumb: who to ask, who to tell? And now separately about the place where we were fed !!!! ! so we were all fed at the LM restaurant from 8.00 to 11.00. It is located 10 minutes walk from the villa. I'd say it's more of a diner. Dirty tablecloths, tattered chairs, tables are occupied, we are asking what to do? wait? can you deliver? Zero reaction, the face of the only waitress is displeased with evil. A greasy menu printed on a landscape sheet was thrown onto the table. And now a shot !!! ! We read: all 1st. orange juice, bread, butter, jam. Your choice (not together! ): Cheese or 3 sausages or scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with ham! All gentlemen and so 7 days. Of course I love eggs, but 7 days in a row is too much! And if not eggs, then 3 slices of cheese! You can't be together! BUT... another tomato! But. . . 1/6 of its part! And no more! In general, my nerves withstood it 2 times in total, the rest of the days I bought breakfast in the market or in the supermarket. Thank God they didn't take lunch and dinner! A supermarket and a market are located next to the agency, which is convenient. Prices vary from 2 euros per kg or 0.8 euros per bottle of water and up and up. Pancakes with fillings and our type of shawarma are very tasty on the embankment, I don’t buy this at home, but they advised me here, everything seems to be natural, clean. The beach is a city about 800 meters, probably, but it is dirty. You have to go to Mogren beach, it's an amazing view, a gorgeous beach, you can take a catamaran and swim in the bays nearby, sunbeds for 5 euros for one, but for the whole day, you can leave a towel, they don't take up a whole towel. But the most thrill is the beach on the island of St. Nikola, the cleanest water, but we went in flip flops because the bottom is strewn with hedgehogs, but the water is super, the sea and the view around are just divine !! ! Go back and forth from the city beach by boat 3 euros. There are a lot of restaurants, prices are different, the menu is almost identical. We fell in love with the Jadran restaurant - very cozy, the waiters work great, the owner comes up and asks if everything is fine. Prices are average, portions are large. Try strawberries Jadran recommend. As for excursions, it’s a little expensive, of course, especially if, like we are on 4, from 35 to 55 euros per person, but the bus is comfortable, good guides. Not all trips are worth it. You can take a taxi and drive around some places by yourself, it's almost 2 times cheaper, especially if there is a big company. It was very hot with us, so the trips were exhausting. For example, on about. Ada on the Bojana River: departure at 8.00 arrival at 18.00. Ruins of the city of Bar, olive tree 2 thousand. years, even towns and this island, naturally we burned down there, we climbed our heels (sand is 70 degrees! ), It burns in slippers, the sea is not quite clean, as well as the river flowing there. They brought us back to a small private factory or oleinitsa, I don’t know what it’s called, but they sell and make very good olive oil there, we already tried it at home. Were in Kotor, liked it, but. . It is better to take an evening tour. We wanted to go to the national park, but departure at 06.30 and arrival at 18.00, as well as Piva Lake. We saw Skadar Lake when we went to Podgorica by taxi, it was enough. Nature is absolutely beautiful! We were last year in Bulgaria, Bulgaria seems to be resting! Well, that seems to be the main and all. Maybe a lot, but I shared my impressions. Maybe I will go to Montenegro, but not to this villa, that's for sure!

A good place for a family vacation - were with children this summer. Satisfied. There is a kitchen right in the room - you can cook whatever you want, mine like all sorts of cereals in the morning. The market is nearby - all products are fresh, tasty - it's a pleasure to cook from this. The beach is very close - 100 meters, nice, clean. … More ▾ A good place for a family vacation - were with children this summer. Satisfied. The city center is very close - we walked all the time, brought a bunch of interesting souvenirs. It will appeal to those who love a relaxing holiday, so that it is quiet, but that everything is nearby. Everything in the room is clean and tidy. We'll be back anyway)

We recently arrived from Budva, lived in this villa, did not find any reviews before leaving, so I am writing my own, maybe it will help someone. The house is really new, the furniture in the room is also, though cheap, in our room there was even parquet, tiles in the kitchen-corridor area. There are a lot of imperfections, starting with the fact that there is not even a holder for the shower in the shower room and the water goes (and rather poorly) directly into the ladder on the floor until it reaches the ankle and begins to seep into the washbasin-toilet area, there are no rags for wiping. … More ▾ We recently arrived from Budva, lived in this villa, did not find any reviews before leaving, so I am writing my own, maybe it will help someone. Curtains keep popping out of the cheap cornice, or get stuck in it, it becomes completely impossible to close them. NO HAIR DRYER!! ! And blankets, by the way, too. Moreover, there is no one to ask, there is no receptionist either, we went to Pilon (tour operator), several times they called someone with us, asked to bring a hairdryer and a blanket to our room, on the fifth day we stopped going, so we didn’t have anything have brought. . .
The most unpleasant thing about the location of the villa is that under the window, and DIRECTLY UNDER THE WINDOW, there is a nuclear path, this is a highway, cars drive all the time, especially at night, those who are not used to falling asleep to the noise of the road are guaranteed not to fall asleep.
Regarding the main beach and the old town, of course, there is no question of any 100 or 300 meters. We measured on the navigator - 1200m to the old town, 500m to the nearest beach. Well, by the way, this is a good location, that's why you just lie, it's not clear. The market, supermarket, city center are really close, everything is OK here.
It seems that the villa is uninhabited and is located on a desert island, they didn’t even put up an announcement for us, we had to go to clarify the departure time ourselves.
Yes, they don't clean it AT ALL!! ! towels were brought in once (they were there for a week), and that's it, even the garbage was never taken out and they bought toilet paper themselves.
The feeling that we overpaid for housing remained, as they set a considerable price for a new one, but to no avail. In general, I reported as best I could, you decide.

The description of the rooms does not say anything about TV. This is a very important issue, because the situation in Ukraine is tense and you need to be aware of events while on vacation.
