We went great!!! Montenegro is admired! We will definitely go again, because for 5 days, for which we took the car, we could not see everything. As for the car: we were given a Mazda2, brand new (bought this spring). The car is lovely; small, which was important for parking, powerful enough (it did not fail in the mountains), really at 35 euros / day with all insurances and without collateral (which surprised me very much). We did without fines, in fact, we were never stopped, the documents were checked only once - when traveling to Croatia, at the border. We are very satisfied with the rest, the only thing: next time we will go not for a week, but more. Hello!

I want to share my experience of renting a car in Budva at the Montesistem company. To begin with, it was alarming that they were asked to leave literally 10 euros when ordering a car in order to be sure that you would definitely return for the car. Then they asked to leave 100 euros as a security deposit for an unforeseen event, as the employee explained - "if, for example, you fill the salon with something, etc." When asked what insurance conditions they answer - we give you the whole package of documents, do not worry, everything is insured, in case of any problems, call us, we will deal with everything. The only case when you have to pay is if you are at fault for the accident, then you need to pay 30% of the cost of damage caused only to your car. OK. Further alarmed that the car was brought slightly broken) One of the engine mounts was killed, so that when the gas pedal was pressed, the car began to vibrate all over. But they promised to fix everything the next day. As a result, I had to go with the manager to the service and wait 30 minutes until they fix it. But the most interesting thing began when a small accident happened.. In the parking lot, the rear bumper caught the wing of a standing car, the owner was not around. My fault - I repent. I called the company and explained the situation and asked what to do. They answer - if the damage is small and the owner is not there - just leave. There will be no demand from you, the protocol will come to the name of the owner of the car, we will deal with everything ourselves. In every possible way discouraged from calling the police - because it is very long and can cost 500 euros per call. The first mistake is to trust the manager! Tip - thoroughly study the local rules for filing an accident and the conditions for car insurance and act according to the rules. The only problem may be language - but most of the workers there understand either Russian or English. After leaving the scene of an accident, the fun begins. A certain owner of the car appears and demands 150 euros for resolving the issue with the police, since they allegedly already called him from there, allegedly the owner of the damaged car has already announced and our numbers have already been lit up on the cameras in the parking lot. Of course, you can argue and not give back, but a deposit of 100 euros will not be returned for sure. In general, the moral, as always, is the same - check all documents thoroughly, learn local laws and local rules, do not succumb to provocations, solve everything quickly if you want to save your money. If possible, do not leave deposits, there are companies where this is not necessary. Also, if possible, do not contact the Montesistem office in Budva and be on the alert with a certain owner of cars named Zoran. Have a good rest!

We quickly agreed on all the conditions, they didn’t want to go to Budva for him, so for a fee they delivered him to Tivat, and returned him already in Budva, from where Anna brought us back home. The machine is excellent, what they wanted, they got it, having spent a gorgeous day on a convertible. Hello! I share my sad experience of renting a car in Montenegro. Pre-booking a car is definitely not worth it. We rented a car for 3 days from Sergey Titarenko from the bu-2.ru agency in Budva (we rented a Mercedes A170). They took it in the evening to go to the airport at 5 in the morning, the car turned out to be out of order, an error was displayed every 5-15 minutes, and it stalled along the way. Ultimately, Sergei agreed to change it for another only a day later (we lost time while waiting). Did not want to compensate for the time spent (to extend the lease). You can't go far in a broken car. As a result, with the scandal, they barely returned the money for the last day. Because of such a rental, our trip was covered. All in all, a waste of time and money.

The worst was in Greece, where he took the car on the spot. Choose your rental company carefully. And it is best to do it at home when you have enough time for it. Do not waste precious time on vacation looking for a car. Read articles, real reviews, do not be fooled by advertising. Where did you even dig up this bu-2.ru? In Montenegro, there are a lot of excellent rental offices, and I’m hearing about bu-2.ru for the first time. Judging by their website, they are some kind of newbies. The site is cheap, not professional, but this is the face of the company.

Do not believe it, take it yourself and try it, and then say whether it is advertising or not. Terrible customer service, car rental companies in the city of Budva. The name of the company is “Karlson”. The essence of the claim is that on September 17, 2015, I applied to this company in order to rent a car for five days. The Russian-speaking representative took a deposit of 10 euros and agreed that the car would be provided on 09/20/2015. But in the evening of the same day, my chronic illness worsened and it became impossible to use the car. I can use the service and ask for my money back. In response, I heard obscene language, verbal humiliation and insults. Some Russian-speaking people appeared (during the threats to me, it turned out that they were illegal immigrants from Ukraine) and tried to force me out of the office premises. They took a convertible - a cute Beetle for 5 days were completely satisfied. Met with a sign at the airport - issued quickly - everyone is happy! The car is in good technical condition.
