After Petrovac was chosen as a holiday destination in Montenegro, I studied proposals for villas for a long time, looking for an option with the best value for money, proximity to beaches, transport and shopping outlets. The choice fell on Villa Andric, which we have never regretted. The room is spacious, with a separate kitchen area, where there is an el. stove, microwave, electric a kettle, all the necessary utensils, up to a corkscrew, a glass table and chairs. The bathroom is also well-appointed, including a washing machine. From the balcony door there is access to a huge veranda with a table and three chairs, a clothes dryer. The Internet is excellent, each room has its own router. The room is cleaned every other day, with the change of towels and the addition of a roll of toilet paper. The owner was seen only at a meeting, no one interfered with anyone, leaving early in the morning they simply left the room with a note with words of gratitude. To the embankment and bus stops no more than 5 min. , to the beach Lucice 15min. slowly, a supermarket and cafe "Pod lozom" are generally nearby. I did not put ten only for the slight shabbyness of some furniture. Definitely recommend as a good option for a reasonable price.

Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at night. Despite this, the owner personally met us, took us to the apartment, showed and told everything we needed, gave us the WI-FI password (by the way, very good Internet), and postponed the issues with the design to the next day. Since we were the first guests, we were settled in the best room, as for me : ) - 6A, with a sea view and a large terrace.
Everything in the room is new, everything works, good linens, a large comfortable double bed, even a bedside table with a mirror (girls will appreciate it), all the necessary utensils. Excellent bathroom. I really liked the design of the rooms, everything is pleasing to the eye, tastefully done and the same style is sustained)))
Cleaned regularly, towels changed very often))
In the lobby there were beach umbrellas for general use, you could take to the beach.
There is a supermarket nearby, a favorite cafe "Pod Lozom" and everything else is also close, this is Petrovac! )
I liked everything very much, I will gladly return to this hotel!!!
I thank the owner Andric and all the staff for the hospitality and for a comfortable stay!
Natalia,

Check-in took place 5 hours before they could check in, ie they checked in immediately upon arrival, gave a nice, tidy room. Everything stated in the hotel descriptions on the sites is confirmed. The hotel - friendly hosts, not intrusive. There is almost no territory, no pool. Food was not included in our tour, as the villa did not offer food. The room has a kitchen. It took 2 minutes to get to the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes to another, and another network within a 7-minute walk, so you could buy groceries without any problems. The main advantage of the city of Petrovac, is that within walking distance of 4 different beaches. The first - the city beach 4 minutes walk from the villa, the neighboring beach, where it is better for children, it took 10 minutes to walk.
The third beach near the village of Bulyaritsa, this beach is most suitable for Aqua Campers and for those who walk from Petrovac across the mountain. To the fourth beach you need to go towards Sveti Stefan 35 minutes from the villa, there is a rocky beach near the unfinished hotel, there is a very good road and you just do not notice it. Returning to the story of the villa, I will say that the guide who met us at the airport, on the way, advertised their services, offered tours, but did not grab anyone by the hand, did not force anyone. Willie Andric, I will give 10 points on the criterion of "compliance with the stated options and compliance with the feedback of previous users", that is, you get what you expected.

For the first time in Montenegro - the country, people, cuisine, nature, sea, Lucice beach, everything made a very, very pleasant impression. But here's the villa....... There were three of us, three friends. When booking a villa in Kyiv, a Pilon representative offered us a triple room with an improved layout with an additional payment of 400 euros. We of course agreed. What we saw upon check-in - a double room, separated by a partition, with a sofa bed next to the kitchen compartment, frankly upset us. We lived on the second floor #3. There is no such number on any photo on the Internet. Before this trip, I frankly thought that the size of the room does not matter much, because the main thing is the sea, nature, beach, etc. Settling in this villa changed my mind. It is really impossible for three adults to turn around in the room. It was necessary to fold the sofa every day, because one of the rooms is completely occupied by a bed that ends in a doorway. (Imagine the size of this room! ) The bathroom is not a shower but a bath - after 3 people took a shower, they had to soak the water on the floor with a towel, otherwise it would be impossible to enter. For 10 days of rest we have never been removed! 2 times they changed towels for such smelly ones that when we came to the hostess with these towels, she silently got up and gave us others. After long discussions with Pilon, we were offered, as compensation, to live in two rooms for 3 days - ours and another double room with a sea view. This room and the room next to it - a huge triple studio was from the picture on the Internet! Pilon's representative dropped the phrase: "If something is very unsatisfactory, there is a huge amount of housing on the coast! " We still did not understand what the "improvement" of the room was for which we paid extra or 400 euros and who exactly Pilon or the owners did not fulfill their obligations. But the next time I go to Montenegro, and I will definitely go, I am unlikely to settle in private apartments.

Just returned from vacation : -) I'll start with the fact that we were in Montenegro for the first time. Before that, we went several times to Turkey, Egypt, Thailand... Before that, we went several times to Turkey, Egypt, Thailand... After Thailand, we considered a trip to Montenegro as a week-long vacation for a "tick" in our travels. When choosing hotels and villas, I looked through all the reviews and I confess that none of us were impressed. Therefore, we decided not to overpay for AL Inc hotels and meals and choose apartments in a villa. At the same time, having read the reviews, I set up the whole company of 5 people that we were going on vacation almost to the Crimea, with the same service, culture, only with the Adriatic Sea. And so we flew to Tivat. I met the operator Pilon, they quickly transported the guests to the hotels by bus. We were brought to Petrovac last. The hostess of the villa met us from the bus and we walked down the metro 100 down a steep street to our villa. The hostess immediately settled us, told - showed where the beach, shops, markets - everything turned out to be very close 5-10 minutes walk. The villa itself is very comfortable and new. All rooms are nice with new bright orange furniture. Each room has a bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a kitchenette with a stove, a refrigerator, necessary utensils, a bathroom, a hair dryer, a beautiful balcony with a table and chairs. . . In general, the rooms are good. Our company had 3 separate rooms - they are all different, but each was nice and comfortable. One of the rooms even had a washing machine. My husband and I had an apartment under number 5 on the 3rd floor - a double-sided room, with two balconies. One of the balconies had a beautiful view of the sea. Therefore, if you have a choice - take number 5, you will not regret it : -)).
Petrovac itself is a very beautiful, green, well-groomed town. The central beach is with red pebbles, a good promenade along which there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops. There are a lot of people on the central beach. We went to the nearby beach - Lucice. I recommend to everyone!!! ! This beach is smaller, in a small oasis bay. Ahead of the azure sea - and majestic mountains on the sides....Beauty !!!! ! There are fewer people on this beach. Walking distance from our villa - 15 min. In general, the beaches are good, the sea is gorgeous. But I immediately warn you that the beaches are really crowded during the season. We were from June 11 to 18 - the beginning of the season and at the end of our holiday the beaches became more and more crowded. We still managed to enjoy the beauty and cleanliness : -)) but I think that after June 20 and until the end of August Montenegrin beaches will really resemble Yalta.
For young people in the evenings there is nothing to do but walk along the promenade, play tennis (court until 19.00 for 10 euros, after 19 for 15 euros an hour) and dine in restaurants. Petrovac is a quiet, cozy, beautiful town without noisy, cheerful disco bars and festivities until the morning. More suitable for family holidays or with a company.
We dined at the Pod Lozom restaurant. We really enjoyed. Cozy, green, cool restaurant with good food and service. The prices are also very loyal. For example, lunch cost 6 euros: first, salad, dessert and a choice of meat or fish dish with a side dish. The portions are big and tasty. My husband and I always took 1 lunch for 2.
In the evening, you can eat on the Embankment, or cook dinner in your villa. Volya store has everything you need. Meat, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, etc. All products are at the same price as we have in Kyiv. Some fruits are very tasty - cherries, strawberries, cherries... juicy, sweet, large - not like ours. From vegetables, tomatoes were pleasantly surprised - very tasty !! ! But pepper - no. Good meat. For lovers of fish and seafood, there is of course not much choice and, unfortunately, it is expensive.
For example, a kilogram of raw fresh tiger prawns costs 20 euros.
Since we were 7 days, we decided to spend 2 days on travel and excursions. Day 1 - Excursion to Dubrovnik. For me personally, the journey to Dubrovnik through Boka, the Kator Bay, Kotor, the ferry, etc. , I liked more than Dubrovnik itself. In the Old part of Dubrovnik, where we were brought, it is hot, stuffy... the sun is scorching and there is no place to hide... Plus there are crowds of tourists, you almost have to push through them. 1-hour guided tour of the old town and 3 hours of free time - wandering in the sun through the narrow streets of the Old Town, looking out for souvenirs and good restaurants... But it's like for me - the rest of our company liked Dubrovnik very much... In general, for an amateur . It seems to me that you can safely rent a car and go on this tour on your own without a guide.
Our second trip was by car. We rented it for 1 day and decided to drive around on our own. The beauty!!! ! Our route was through BAR - a beautiful, old fortress on a mountain; Ultsyn, Velikou Beach - a huge semi-desert, sandy beach, as if in a desert; Vladimir; along Skadar Lake to Virpazar - THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPES!! ! I have never seen such beauty! But I want to warn you right away that the road is high-altitude, narrow (about 3.5 meters) with characteristic sharp turns - the driver must be ready to follow the road, not the beauty of nature. But it's worth it!! ! ; Virpazar - a beautiful town on the lake, where you can take a boat and ride; there are restaurants - here I took my soul with fish dishes. Very tasty, fresh. . .
Then we drove to Cetinje - again a narrow steep road through Rijeka. View - as in the picture. Unforgettable beauty!! ! On the way, on the pavement, we met 2 more snakes having a rest. For them, here is paradise - warm, there is fresh water and mountains ! ! Nature almost untouched by man, incredible beauty!!!
in Cetinje we looked at the monastery, the King's House and went to Budva and home to Petrovac.
Lastly, I just want to add that the only unpleasant nuance that surfaced on the day of departure was check-out at 10.00 in the morning. Despite the fact that the bus to the airport picks up at 13.30. This is Pilon's shortcoming and shortcoming. I tried to ask the hostess to let us have a jota room at 12, but she phoned our guide from Pilon and said that this was not realistic, since other guests would already be at her place at 11. In general, Pilon acted not quite correctly. Therefore, pay attention, and try to settle this moment immediately upon arrival. We managed to agree with the hostess and check out at 11.
In general, Montenegro is a wonderful country, the nature is very beautiful, there is a lot of greenery, high mountains - a paradise for photographers. Petrovac is a good town. Villa Andric is a nice, comfortable villa. By the way, not 4 *, not 2. And she deserves them. I recommend!

We rested at Villa Andrić with a friend, we are 20+. The travel agency said that the villa is good, new and absolutely not deceived! The villa is located about 300 m from the sea, fig trees grow nearby, not far from the bus station (this is, in principle, a small minus, as you can hear the buses coming and leaving). We were given a large room on the third floor, with two spacious adjoining rooms. The first room, closest to the front door, has a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator and a built-in kitchen with all utensils and even a coffee maker - very convenient, as we sometimes cooked meals at home. The furniture is new, cheerful orange - we really liked it! A large balcony for two rooms with a table and chairs made of wicker, we got a view of the mountains, it was very beautiful in the evenings to watch the lights come on and cars drive along the high mountain road.
Regarding the rest in general - my advice to all those who come to Montenegro: do not sit in one place! The country is amazing, it has a lot of different things. We traveled along and across it (usually we bought a bus ticket ourselves and went wherever we wanted) - from Ulcinj on the border with Albania to Kotor on the opposite side of the coast. I highly recommend the rafting tour - an unforgettable experience! That is why the villa was the best accommodation option for us, we did not depend on breakfast, lunch, dinner, sometimes we cooked ourselves (there is a market nearby with a huge selection of vegetables, fruits, delicious cheese and olive oil), sometimes we went to restaurants (also wonderful, I especially recommend Under the Vine).
To be honest, it's boring for young people in Petrovac - one disco, and then in the disco style of the 80s. But there is a wonderful bar on the beach, where they make amazing cocktails and play incendiary music. We just danced in the street! Vacation was definitely a success!
