Autumn in Montenegro, Sveti Stefan
It's early in the morning, the colors still seem bluer than usual, and the sea opposite is grey-silver. On the whip of the mint wave kitchen whispers coffee in Turkic: "vshshshtavay ...", slipping through the balcony past the view of the island of Sveti Stefan and straight into the bedroom of the apartment with the freshly named "Green" Villa Edelweiss. In exchange, the smell of fading grapes comes from the balcony to the kitchen, it is clear that something is left to intoxicate the air, either due to the famous laziness of the Montenegrins, or because the neighbor left and there was no one to collect... Autumn is the time when many people leave, houses are closed, the streets are empty, the restaurants are slowly feeding the last visitors, their owners are kinder, there is time to pour a glass of wine for the guest himself. Old men in boats are ready to carry tourists at any price, anything is better than standing all day, soon they will pull their boats ashore, remove the motor, turn them upside down and leave north "to the old"...
In the meantime, you can take your time, stretched out on a large wooden bed, rest your eyes on the sloping ceiling. Get up, remove coffee from the stove, look into the nursery, take a shower, sit at a metal table with a wicker pattern, enjoy the endless view of the Mediterranean October morning on a small terrace.
