And now about what I liked.
1. Lovely and caring hosts. For example, I went out of the room and suddenly it started to rain. Before I had time to turn around to go to the room, the hostess ran out and offered me an umbrella. The son (or assistant) met us and helped drag our suitcases from the bus stop.
2. I don’t remember cleaning, either every day, or every other day. In general, often!
3. Very tasty and large portions in the restaurant at the hotel.
4. Everything is there and not such a "daddy" as in Izvor (refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, shower, toilet, bedside tables, wardrobe, etc. )
5. There are 3 supermarkets nearby where locals are bought (really cheaper than at the beach). The road to the nearest beach passes through the market.
6. Near auto and railway stations, taxi parking.
7. You can choose the beach. Or through the market to the city or along the road past the monastery to the picturesque stone beach, or even further to the beach with sea urchins. On the way there are wild turtles and domestic horses.
8. Near the office of a local travel agency. Prices for excursions will be 30-50% lower than from your tour operator. (down the hill, in front of the grocery store to the right and down the street 100 m) Look for a stand in Russian with price tags.
9. The best restaurant in Sutomore is just 200 m. Down the hill, right behind the supermarket is a cafe. You there! Be careful, the portions there are such that you had to feed the local cat with squid and octopus! (been to almost every restaurant in town)

We paid for a room with a sea view, we lived just above the owner, the room is clean with a large balcony from which there is a beautiful view, just like in a fairy tale. The villa has its own beach, though not very big, but we always had enough space. The room has a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, a room with one double bed and one single bed. We ate in restaurants on the coast, and also cooked ourselves, bought products in the market, at prices for 2010, products were no more expensive than in Ukraine, alcohol, of course, is more expensive. The sea is clean and warm, the rest turned out great.
There was no such thing as I read below about cockroaches in our room, everything is clean and tidy. The villa is definitely worth the money!

Pros: excellent view, 1 line, own beach, cheap things, food, delicious meals in cafes, plus we cooked ourselves without straining, right opposite the pizzeria, cleaning every day, beautiful country, we also went to Croatia - we liked it, and to Albania - in general I didn’t like it (we rented a car for visa-free entry), you can rent a car through the owners, 50 meters to the city beach.

Cons - the main one - in three villas from mare mar, a stormwater pipe merges from the mountains, so the sea is often dirty. The TV is small 14". The design of the barbecue is unsuccessful, just a surface for coals, there is nothing to put skewers on, there is a grate, but everything is so dirty that they didn’t dare to use it. I’m not going to wash for everyone. From here smoothly to the servants. 2 women clean every day , changing towels. The sheets were changed 1 time. They don’t understand Russian, although the language is similar, but I couldn’t explain to her what a skewer is, she put me some kind of funnel for sausages. Once I passed by the room during cleaning, she cleans her children jump on the bed. Sunbeds on the beach are not cleaned in time, in a storm out of 19 there are 6. On the beach - a capacity of 20 people and rooms for 50, so if no one goes on excursions, it's a bit crowded. I didn’t see cockroaches, but red ants came one day, then left. And the rest is quite normal.

Plus, the villas are very hospitable people, their own beach, if anyone wants the sun early and the entrance to the sea is not from the stairs - there is a large selection of city beaches nearby (literally 5-10 minutes), where prices for umbrellas and sunbeds are cheaper than in Budva. Minus (but not villas, but Sutomore) there are no sidewalks on the beach road and you need to watch the cars, we had to pay extra 5 euros for excursions in order to drive into Sutomore, which is, as it were, out of the way.

You can’t swim there either: 1. it’s very deep, 2. if there are waves, then it may well “nail” to this plate, 3. All the garbage remains at these breakwaters. There is a public beach (free) and paid (6 euros for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds per day).
5) in principle, Sutomore is not the best choice. To get to Budva costs 2.5 euros, to the Bar resort 1 euro.
If I went again, it would be either Budva or Bar. Do not go to Sutomore, there is nothing to do there, no sights, no service.
