In Montenegro, there are no problems at all to get somewhere. Taxis are plentiful and relatively inexpensive. We even managed to get to Skadar (Albania) from Podgorica by ourselves. And buses run around the country in all directions and the ticket costs a penny. The most expensive trip in Montenegro we had from Ulcinj to Bar by taxi, we were ripped off 20 euros (for all together). And we didn’t count the bus rides at all, as it’s very cheap.
