Fishing as a gift, continued
Traveling as a gift, and even more so combined with my husband's great desire to go fishing in Norway, seemed to me a good idea. The path was not the easiest, there was a choice between an airplane and a car. Moreover, the distance is more than 2000 km one way. I don’t know if it’s worth describing everything, the trip was very unusual for us, because we have never been to Norway. Sea fishing in Norway was planned for just one day, so in order to avoid difficulties in managing the boat and difficulties in finding places, we ordered the services of a professional fishing guide. Vladimir went to sea with us for 6 hours, but we were so tired from fishing that going to the mountains for freshwater fishing the next day was a regular walk for us. In addition to fishing, we had to clean this whole huge tank of caught fish, which I didn’t really count on. Freshwater fishing seemed to me more pleasant than sea fishing, we were lucky with the weather, so three days in the mountains, the stunning landscapes of northern Norway did not disappoint me, and my husband was happy with trout fishing. We did not buy anything special for fishing, we ordered everything at the base. Therefore, we did not worry about the weight of our luggage. We also decided to set up crabs and catch king crab, but, as it turned out later, one day is not enough for such pleasure. The owner of the Mivela Fishing base presented us with a king crab for dinner, this is something extraordinary in taste. We bought the sauce from a local shop. Before leaving, we bought a few more kilograms with us, we could not resist the temptation. What can I say about the trip, we experienced a lot of new emotions, from the delight of being at the End of the World, on the North Cape to the wonderful time spent with my family, it was especially nice to bring so much pleasure to my husband. He was shocked by such a gift. Give your loved ones more pleasant minutes.
