The embankment of Lake Lugano is one of the favorite places in the city not only among tourists, but also among the locals. The length of the embankment is about two kilometers. It has parks with many flowers that bloom at different times of the year, as well as monuments to Abraham Lincoln and William Tell. The waterfront overlooks Saint Mary's Church.

stunning views
Words cannot describe this beauty. The combination of mountains and lakes is just like from the picture. You can enjoy the lake for ages. The water is clean, swans swim (you can even see whole families with small swans). In July, the water was very warm, swimming with pleasure. If you get the chance to go, go, you won't regret it!→

For lovers of leisurely walks and beautiful views
The promenade of the lake in Lugano is perhaps the main attraction of the city. A double row of trees planted along the embankment creates a kind of contact zone between the lake and the historic center of the city. In the morning or in the evening, in sunny or rainy weather, this is always the ideal place for a stroll. And the views from the embankment are such that you constantly want to pinch yourself - this is definitely not a mirage ? ! : )→
