The huge Hussite Church in Dewitz is located on Wutzerl Street. The facade of the church, whose height together with the tower is 42 meters, impresses with its monumentality.

According to the traditions of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church, the church, in addition to the actual hall for worship, has lecture halls, a columbarium with a capacity of 600 funerary urns, and living quarters. The Office of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church is also located here. The building was designed in 1925-1926 by architect Jiri Stibral, and Alois Zima was engaged in construction work.

Hussite Cathedral harmoniously combines elements of several architectural styles. The columns and the interior are decorated with Corinthian capitals, the windows have Romanesque arches, and the vaulted ceiling of the main nave resembles Vladislav's hall in the royal palace of Prague Castle. A simple pyramidal roof crowns the symbol of the sun.
The symbol of the Hussites - a huge bowl - adorns the facade of the temple, and directly below the bowl is a tower clock. The entrance portal is decorated with sculptures by Jan Amos Comenius and Peter Helczycki by Jan Vitezslaw Duszek. Above the entrance is a memorial plaque to the founder and first patriarch of the Czechoslovak Church, Karel Farsky.

In the square in front of the church there is a modern fountain with sculptures of three horses. The author of the sculptures is Michal Gabriel.
