I'll start my review with a description of the town in which we rest. Tolo is a small resort town on the shores of a magical, clean sea.
You can diversify your beach holiday with excursions to historical places, sea activities. We were very interested in the opportunity to spend a day at the 8 coiking hats culinary school, which many Tolo tourists talk about. The culinary school is located in the most beautiful place in the city, on a slope with an unparalleled view of the sea. The freshest vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meats and fish, that's what you can see at school and remember how they really smell and taste without pesticides and chemical additives.
The head of the school, Irina, uses only organic products in the preparation of her dishes. At our request, Irina taught a lesson on cooking paella. Separately, I would like to note the technical equipment of the school-Miele premium kitchen appliances.
Irina takes her job very seriously and responsibly. She is happy to share her experience and knowledge. By the way, she received her culinary education in Switzerland and has two gold medals received in international culinary competitions. We started the lesson by preparing the ingredients. We were taught how to properly cut seafood. We got a lot of useful information about spices and seasonings. Cooked fun and easy! After preparing paella, we ate dinner at a beautifully set table in the open air overlooking the sea!
Thanks to chef Irina for a great day and the knowledge gained! I plan to visit this wonderful school again before the end of the holiday.
