Three rectangular ponds were used for breeding valuable fish species. The cardinal's guests could sit with fishing rods and enjoy the magic of the waters. There are fish in the ponds to this day. The Neptune Fountain provides an enchanting backdrop to the Fishponds. This fountain is the most majestic of all. It was built relatively recently (1927) by Attilio Rossi. Grottoes are located in the upper part of the fountain. Take a walk, the sound of the water there is incredible.
