Initially, the stone cell complex (1596) of the Dominican monastery of St. Nicholas was founded as a one-story U-shaped building with a refectory adjoining from the east, but during a major reconstruction in the middle of the 18th century, it acquired a second floor and closed space into a single perimeter. The interior, which is not distinguished by sophistication, was created according to a corridor scheme with a one-sided arrangement of services. Of the external decor, it is worth noting the decoration of the main western entrance - the coat of arms surrounded by pilasters in a triangular timan, and the arched gallery on the first floor of the eastern and southern internal facades.
A multi-tiered bell tower (XV) with a three-tiered facade decoration (the first is Doric, the second is Ionic, the third is composite), rebuilt in the XVIII, acquired baroque features under the direction of Jan de Witte during the reconstruction, financed by the Potocki family, which is clearly reminiscent of the Pilyava family coat of arms above the main entrance.
The entablature with a cornice and the triangular pediment, the balustrade with flowerpots and sculptural images of saints, which have survived to this day, once again emphasize the sophistication of the symbiosis of times.
