The construction of the seminary took place in 1789-1790. Until 1793, there was a Greek Catholic seminary. From 1793 this building was transferred for the needs and gatherings of the local nobility, and in 1798 it was leased to the Anton Zmiivsky Theater. In 1805 the seminary was again given to the theological department of the Podolsk Orthodox Diocese. Here the premises were restored, a balcony was arranged, and an original roof was built. The house became one of the buildings of Kamyanets-Podilsky Theological Seminary.→
