Lychakiv cemetery is a historical and memorial museum-reserve, one of the oldest cemeteries in Ukraine. The Lychakiv cemetery was founded in the 16th century. The Memorial Museum has more than 3,000 monuments and tombstones, the oldest of which is dated 1675. Famous and noble people, figures of culture, art, science and the entire administrative elite of the capital of the Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria were buried here.

Masterpieces of sculptors, history, spirit of the past
Monuments, gravestones, crypts - each with its own history, each one is unique and a work of art in its own way. People don't rest here, history rests here. Curious - excursion, quite good and informative. Of course, many critics oppose visiting such places, but I am very calm about this kind of sights. Connoisseurs of art, history will like it, and the faint of heart will pass by anyway.→

I do not understand
I don't understand these "sights". This is the place where people find their last refuge, this is a place of calm, peace, this is a cemetery, after all. It is not clear how it is possible to make a circus from such a place and take money from people for entry. Ugh, it hurts to even think about it.→

Amazing place
A must to visit. The amazingly beautiful gravestones and tombs, and the terrain, the landscape, do not say that you are in the resting place of many people. It seems like a beautiful park with magnificent sculptures. But for those who want to feel the history, there is a place here - a very comprehensive tour at an affordable price.→
