Shoes should be comfortable, waterproof, warm and light. No heels for walking around Prague - there are such pavements that heels will be torture. Be sure to take, if available, electric shoe dryers.
The weather can be wet, dank and windy, respectively, outerwear should be windproof and water-repellent.
As for winter down jackets, boots with fur and “a pair that doesn’t break bones” - I’m against it :))) Unless, of course, the forecast for February is not minus 20. Hot clothes are just as much ...
