Good time. I am very interested in where you can buy natural silk in Sri Lanka (not artificial and not products). If anyone knows, please provide an approximate price. Of particular interest are the locations around Wadduwa. In Wadduwa itself, they told about one woman merchant, but the naturalness of silk was not confirmed by her.

There are specialized shops in Kandy (one of them is near the panoramic platform above the city), in Galle they often invite you to visit a small workshop, where they will show silkworm cocoons and willingly sell silk. As for quality, it's different. There are decent materials, there are dubious ones.
