Very mixed impression of the hotel! Although it is clear that the hotel staff is trying. Very original meetings and farewells! We were greeted with liqueurs and light snacks, escorted with jam and a personal privilege card. The hotel is clean, located in a picturesque place, to get to the hotel we ordered a transfer. The road to the hotel is terrible, but the drivers are real professionals, thanks to them for that! It turned out a combined transfer: car-boat. Hearty breakfasts, a la carte. You can also order freshly squeezed juices to choose from, champagne is offered to those who wish, the service is polite. They cleaned the room cleanly, left pleasant compliments in the evening. As a compliment, one could also order delicious herbal tea, pillows with various fillings were offered to choose from. There is a temple on the territory of the hotel, it is nice that it is not closed, everyone can visit it, pray and light candles. On this, probably, the pleasant impressions of the hotel end!
We lived in a mini-hotel. Can't comment on other rooms, but our room was more suitable for a 3 star hotel, no more! Very small, no air conditioning. The room is very stuffy! The window was half open, the huge headboard was in the way! Booked a double room with a large double bed. In fact, two single couches with high soft backs were pushed together and it turned out not clear what! There are high backs on three sides, you sleep as if in a baby stroller or playpen, you crawl into bed on one side, you can’t put anything on the bedside table, because you can’t see the bedside table from the bed, you either need to get on all fours on the bed, or face into the pillow and try with your hand through the high side of the bed, feel for a bedside table somewhere to put a book, or again crawl out through one side free from the sidewalls and headboard and bypass this bulky structure.
At the same time, the mini-hotel does not have any common areas, such as a hall. A steep staircase leads up from the entrance. If you had seen the full picture of the room and the mini-hotel, you would definitely have refused to book! In addition, a new cottage is being built right under the windows of our room, so the chainsaw works all day long! Still pleasure! There was no warning about construction work when booking! There are no places to rest in the shade on the territory of the hotel, all the benches are located in the open area (in the sun) on the lake embankment. The beach is not equipped, there are no showers, toilets. There are no shops on the territory. There is simply nothing to do more than two days in this hotel!

The prices in the restaurant are not just high, but exorbitant! Beef chop for more than 4 thousand! And this is not fresh beef, but obviously frozen, because it was on the menu every day and it was not visible that it was ordered like hot cakes! The services offered by the hotel are also not cheap. Two hours of a small bath costs 16.000 rubles, a large one - 30.000 and this is without any bath procedures and massages. If you are offered to wave a fan in the steam room, keep in mind that this is already a service and the price will be 3500 later. It’s also not entirely possible to walk around the territory, the territory is very small, there are no places to relax on the territory of the hotel. We tried to bypass the hotel in a circle, but it did not work out, the road ended abruptly, we had to return.
The feeling was that we were not in a 5-star hotel, but in the dacha of an oligarch. Although I repeat: there are no complaints about the staff. His desire to return to this hotel does not arise!
