Clean bed linen, a lot of furniture, there is a refrigerator, but no TV. I do not advise cooperating with the Region tour. We bought a bus tour in Ulyanovsk to St. Petersburg "Window to Europe" for 7 days in June 2016. The drivers of the bus Hyundai state number 161 Kamil and Nikolay do not know the way at all!! ! They don’t know how to use the navigator, they tried to navigate using maps. During the journey from Ulyanovsk to St. Petersburg, at night, they wandered off-road in the forest. Leaving Moscow, on the way to Ulyanovsk, in the morning they mixed up the route, they were stopped by traffic cops and showed the way. From Moscow, before reaching the city of Kovrov, the passengers were not dropped off the bus during refueling, and there were more than 40 of us there, including schoolchildren. In communication with passengers, profanity was used, despite the presence of minors. Stopped in the forest! We were forced to relieve ourselves in the company of ticks, snakes, mosquitoes... For the entire journey in 24 hours, the carriers Kamil and Nikolai stopped at a roadside cafe only 2 times. They are completely unfamiliar in St. Petersburg itself. The guides were constantly distracted to show the drivers the way around the city. It seemed that the drivers were going to St. Petersburg for the first time and they were hired at the last moment. The bus is an ordinary regular bus, not comfortable, as promised. The seat back leans back slightly. You can’t stretch your legs and there aren’t even supports. Torments of hell for 24 hours.
Since our carriers strayed, we arrived in St. Petersburg with a big delay of 3 hours!! ! Our guide Elya Viktorovna (a pensioner under 70 who quietly hates tourists) said that she refuses to conduct 5 excursions, referring to her program, and our programs with a list of attractions and excursions that we received from the agency are not valid. She very loudly stated that we were deceived by our tour operators and all questions are for them, and not for her, and this is not her problem. After our calls to our tour operators (the tourists were from different cities: Bugulma, Saransk, Ulyanovsk, etc. ), the next day, almost all the missing excursions were carried out and the drivers and the guide communicated with us properly: politely and without insults.
The management of the Region tour is irresponsible in the selection of personnel and has recruited, to put it mildly, not professionals, rude people and scammers.
