It was my first time staying at the Landorff Hotel, St. Petersburg. It was three days, in May 2014. I want to warn potential customers - the plumbing system in the hotel does not work! There was no water for two days out of three! Neither cold nor hot! Holidays have become hell. On the first day, the water flowed in a thin stream with a constant change in temperature.

I want to warn potential customers - the plumbing system in the hotel does not work! There was no water for two days out of three! Neither cold nor hot! Holidays have become hell. On the first day, the water flowed in a thin stream with a constant change in temperature. In order to wash, brush my teeth and put on makeup, I had to go to the nearest cafes. What was the hotel paid for? in fact, I lived in nearby cafes!
You can forget about the air conditioner - it will not work.
The rooms are not cleaned. It turns out that the guest should read the instructions for the maids before checking in, which states that this is the norm for the hotel.
Breakfast is stated from 8.00 to 10.00. To get breakfast, you need to go down to a dark bar on the ground floor, find a sleeping bartender girl in the middle of the hall in the dark, wake her up and ask her to bring breakfast. And, according to the girl at the reception, if at 9.00, when I saw a sleeping girl, I didn’t dare to wake her up, then it’s my own fault that I was left without breakfast !!!
To all this, the rudeness of the staff at the reception is added. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service. But this is not surprising - everything comes from the leader.
The head of the hotel - Irina Kruglova - did not bother to read my claim, which was written in her name on the day of departure. This is due to the fact that the hotel has actually been turned into a brothel and serves only one known category of clients.
Of course, I am no longer in the Landorff hotel. And I wish everyone to save themselves from such a sad experience.
