Good day! My wife and I were on a tour of St. Petersburg from TOV "Siesta", we just recently returned from a trip... I liked Peter himself, the excursion service, the group leader Anastasia and the guide of the host - Galina Nikolaevna, a separate respect!
The bus was just awful, the old cabin was stuffy and not ventilated throughout the entire flight, and people were collected just a nightmare by 67 people, it was not easier to organize 2 buses with fewer people. Of course, one can only imagine travelers who every 2-4 hours had to crawl out of the cabin and run in different directions according to their needs (((
At the same time, people who did not rest from a sleepless night were immediately involved in the process of city tours, just darkness !! ! The hotel "Polyustrovo" is, in principle, not bad, where tourists were accommodated, breakfasts were monotonous, but everything was enough, dinners were organized in different places around the city, they didn’t really shine with their originality either, and the last one was just a terrible set of products... In short, there is only one conclusion to the organizers, it’s clear that it was a budget travel option, but I think managers can firstly allow people to get back to Ukraine on their own, if they include night crossings then put more comfortable buses in order to minimize the ordeal of people, and more acceptable approach with food.
