I read a lot of reviews about the hotel before my trip. It was very interesting to find out where the truth is. In fact, much of the above has happened to us. Firstly, the checkout time is 12-00, and we had to wait about an hour and a half for check-in. But in principle, we did not consider this a disadvantage, in most hotels it is. When checking in at the reception, they didn’t even ask for our passports, which surprised us greatly. After giving the keys, we went up to the room. Exactly 5 minutes later, a couple came into our room, who had also just been settled in the same room. But that was already their problem, and how they solved it, I don't know. The room looked good at first glance. True, the upholstery of the sofa left much to be desired, and the walls with moss and mold in the corners. But on the other hand, from our window there was a beautiful view of the mountains, which we admired throughout our stay. The bathroom, in principle, suited us. We were given 2 towels for three, brought extra bed linen. By the way, the linen pleased us with its cleanliness and whiteness. Very close to the hotel there is a small descent, where a considerable number of people ride. What I want to note is that they take a lot of money for renting skis, sleds, snowboards, etc. , as well as for an instructor who will teach you how to descend if you are a beginner. And the most interesting thing is that no one is responsible for anything. That is, safety while staying on the descent is only your concern. And none of the instructors, of which there are a great many, will help your fallen child if you have not paid for it. Now about breakfast. It runs from 8:00 to 10:00. But if you managed to arrive before 8.15, then in principle, you will have a good breakfast. But latecomers, alas, are left with only the remnants of food, which they may deign to warm up for them. Dinner at the same restaurant surprised us a bit, as the restaurant is on the first floor, and the bar is on the second. So, if at dinner you want to drink something from alcohol, then you must first go to the second floor to purchase it, and only then go down to the restaurant. The insanity is complete. The staff in this institution is as follows: in the restaurant and in the bar - one waitress each, who work seven days a week. You can imagine the level of service in these establishments. . . As for the pool, sauna, everything would be fine if not for the mold on the ceiling and walls. And finally, on the last day of our stay in our room, water suddenly flowed along the wall, and we lived on the 4th floor, above us - the attic. Calling the administrator and explaining the problem, she apologized and replied that it was not possible to relocate us and that it was just snow that melted on the roof and flowed down. We made the following conclusion about staying at this hotel: the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay and pastime, but it is just too run down. We need a person who will control the staff both in terms of customer service and in terms of compliance with elementary sanitary rules. In general, all the shortcomings of the hotel were compensated for by the excellent company with which we came to rest and nature. Regarding lunches and dinners - cafe "Tiberda". Very small, unpresentable, but the cuisine is wonderful, very tasty and quite inexpensive. For comparison: dinner at the cafe "At Zuli" for 6 people. cost us 7000. , and in "Tiberda" - 2700r. And the food is much tastier. And I wish you all a wonderful holiday, regardless of the conditions of stay!
