This is not the first time we have stayed at this resort.
Pros:
1. Located in the center, near the Narzan Gallery, the railway station is also nearby (you can’t hear trains at all, apparently the building is so well located and the terminal station is very slow), park area, there are practically no vehicles.
2. Friendly staff (we rest here not for the first time, it's very nice that doctors, nurses, maids, girls in the dining room, and club workers are happy to see us again)
3. The room is good (we take a two-room suite, the furniture is new, the room is after repair, the plumbing is satisfactory, there is a hairdryer, iron, TV, kettle, refrigerator, on the third floor the sanatorium catches wi-fi in the room)

4. Treatment - the medical base of the sanatorium is very extensive (consult a doctor, no one will harm you) a large department of narzan baths, narzan irrigation in the same department, a large physiotherapy room, there is phytoaeroionotherapy, gerudotherapy, paraffin therapy, I strongly advise you to visit the halochamber (it is new it has just begun to be used) and all this is in the same building, but on different floors, if you do not use the elevator, there will be an additional charge : -)
5. Meals customized menu for three days, you can count calories in the menu.
6. The work of the club (animation) cinema, concerts of local amateur performances, lectures, disco, library, excursions
7. Separately, about excursions - excursions on the territory of the sanatorium from tour operators with a license and good transport and wonderful guides at prices lower than in the city (this is apparently some kind of discount for the sanatorium). I don’t advise you to take tours in the city, you can get on a bus whose wheels will fall off along the way, as actually happened with our neighbors, people have suffered enough fear. good thing they came back alive
8. If the slightest problem arises, the staff immediately eliminates everything.
Minuses
1. the queue for procedures, in general, procedures are released according to the sanatorium book. a list for the day is attached to it, in which the vacation time of the procedure is affixed, but in fact, only a massage in time. more or less baths and circular showers
2. very small tables in the dining room, if four people are sitting, putting all the plates on the table is very problematic.
3. the menu is not always observed
4. and of course, the comrades who are traveling on social vouchers, this is where the whining begins - and their rooms are not like that, and the floors creak, and the procedures are not enough for them, in general, horror-horror, by the way, the queues for procedures went after the arrival of the next social groups. I don’t know about them, we had an abundance of procedures, but the floors creak, but for me it’s better to let the wooden parquet creak than to lay a laminate of no one knows what it is made of, and in general, if they gave me this ticket for free, I would only be glad
5. with small children it is better to look for another place, although there is also a pediatrician, but I think it will be boring and not interesting for children.
